Chris and his team did really well with me asking them questions My wanting to understand how this new furnace & new thermostat will work He explained how in detail and I learned from him about the American Gas Association and their requirements along with new required City inspections for approval and have been doing business with them for many years

Rock Heating was a pleasure to work with Alex was right on time and clearly knew what he was doing in cleaning and adjusting the gas fireplace I never had a gas fireplace before so was full of questions - he patiently answered all of them and had several good suggestions on ease of operation Brought his own drop cloth and booties - very professional and personable Definately will use them again (and will ask for Alex!)
