RockAuto Reviews (2331)

This company has the worst customer service, sent me the wrong part acknowledged the part was wrong but made no attempts to make it right. Actually had a manager scream at me over the phone. My car was stuck broke down not running due to the wrong parts from rock auto I was stuck absorbing the cost of a rental and sourcing the correct part. Rock auto wouldn't even over night me the correct part.

Review: On January 27th I spoke to a women at Rock Auto regarding a part for my truck, I explained to her what I wanted to do, she said I can send you an email for the part to order, I said okay. So, in March I ordered the part from the email that was sent. After receiving the part I noticed it was not the right part, so I called Rock Auto, spoke to [redacted], he said it was the right part, I explained that is wasn't, I told him that I called in Janaury and spoke to a women and she sent me an email to what part to order, he ask me for a phone number that I called from so he could research it, I said I called from work and there were many lines, he called me back and said that I never called. I said I did that I had an email to prove it, I then said I want my money back including shipping charges both ways because this was not my fault. He said no, I then asked for his boss to speak with, he refused, but after and many minutes he gave me a name of Ursala to call, which I did 3 times but never heard back, I want my shipping charges back for a return of the part, I did receive a credit for the part but not the shipping charges.Desired Settlement: Refund of shipping charges both ways that I paid for.

Response:

On March 14th 2014, this

customer ordered a Tailgate Handle (part #GM1915124) and Tailgate

Handle Bezel (part #GM1916106) for a 2010 GMC SIERRA 1500 4.3L V6.

Per our catalog listings, these products are compatible for vehicles

with a locking tailgate.

When this customer contacted us on

March 19th 2014 to report that these parts would not work

for his vehicle, our representative mistakenly thought we had a

catalog error and offered the customer a return for a full refund.

Later that day, the customer informed

us that he did not have a locking tailgate. The customer thought he

could buy this handle and bezel and put them on a truck without a

locking tailgate in order to convert it to a locking tailgate. He

claimed that he had called RockAuto previously, and a female told him

that he could buy these parts to make that modification. We attempted

to trace any past calls the customer had made to RockAuto using two

phone numbers the customer supplied us. We were unable to validate

that this call had been made. We were never supplied with the name

of the representative or with a copy of the email the customer

received from our representative telling him to purchase these parts,

so we were unable to pursue this further.

We continued to research what we

thought had been a catalog error and found that in fact our catalog

was correct, but the customer had ordered incorrectly for a vehicle

with a locking tailgate when he did not have a locking tailgate. This

would thus be considered an incorrectly-ordered product, and

according to our return policy the customer would be responsible for

shipping costs.

Upon asking for the contact information

of someone at a higher-level, our representative reminded the

customer that our representatives are hired to speak on behalf of the

company. He then provided the customer with a supervisor's contact

information.

The customer left a voicemail with

[redacted] on March 31st and [redacted] returned his call within

3 business days. We have determined that due to the fact that the

customer originally was told he would be refunded shipping cost and

in case of any miscommunication from one of our representatives, we

will honor what we originally offered and provide the customer with a

full refund despite these parts being ordered incorrectly. We have

since refunded the customer for $39.25, which was the full cost of

the order and the desired settlement the customer has requested.

Business

Response:

To clarify, RockAuto collected a total

of $39.25 from this customer. As of 4/3/14, the customer has been

refunded a total of $39.25. This includes the total amount the

customer paid for parts, which was $31.74, as well as the total the

customer paid for outbound shipping, which was $7.51.

We apologize for return shipping not being refunded initially and, in accordance with the customer's request, we are

happy to refund the customer the cost of return shipping that he paid

in the amount of $7.51. We were under the impression that a prepaid FedEx return label had been provided to the customer for the return, but in fact the customer used

a matching USPS tracking number ([redacted]) to return

these items. We have issued the refund of $7.51 as of 4/16/14.

Review: on friday 2/27/2015 I ordered a list of parts for my 99' gmc gimmy. when I clicked the last submit button to confirm payment all of the parts including the part in question. when I looked at the order confrimation after the right headlight was missing from the list. the total price for all parts was $420.97 and that never changed. they say I was only charged for 1 however I dont understand how it was there and I need it but now im not getting it. with out this part I can not drive my vehicle so 1 part missing none of them help me. I made the list of parts based about a month ago so I knew how much I had to save. I can not afford to pay another shipping payment when I got them together to save on shipping.Desired Settlement: I want the headlight that matches the one I ordered. it was not a mistake made by me and things do happen however their end of the transaction glitched not mine. I want either the part or shipping lables to return their things to them and a full refund of $420.97.

Business

Response:

When

customers place orders through our website, we send them itemized

order confirmations within minutes of the order being placed which

show the parts ordered alongside their prices. This customer's order

confirmation (see attachment) shows that he did not order and was not

charged for a right/passenger's side headlamp assembly. There was not

a “glitch” in this process - he only ordered and was charged for

one left/driver's side headlamp assembly: part number GM2502174.

The

customer is welcome to purchase the part he needs by placing a new

order through the website. As our Policies

page

explains, everything

we sell is returnable for full part cost credit within 30 days.

Shipping

charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Since no mistake was made on our part (we shipped and charged for

exactly what the customer ordered), he is welcome to return any parts

he doesn't want for a refund of the parts' cost. Shipping costs are

his responsibility. We have emailed him the return instructions he

has requested for return.

Review: ORDERED A POWER STEERING PUMP FROM ROCK AUTO. MADE APPT FOR INSTALLATION AFTER DELIVERY .MECHANIC OPENED BOX AND SAID WRONG PART-NO PULLEY. SINCE I WAS HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES DRIVING THE CAR AND I WORK 30 MINUTES FROM HOME HE SAID HE COULD GET THE CORRECT PART FOR THE FOLLOWIND DAY AT ADVANCED AUTO (5 MINUTES AWAY FROM MY WORK PLACE) I TOLD HIM TO ORDER PART BECAUSE I COULD NOT WAIT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ROCK AUTO PART. ON 07/06/15 PARTS WERE IN AS PROMISED AND HE PULLED THE CORE AND GAVE TO ADVANCED AUTO. PUMP WAS INSTALLED THAT AFTERNOON. ON 07/07/15 RETURNED PUMP USPS. ROCK AUTO RECEIVED PUMP ON 07/09/2015. THEY CLAIM CREDIT IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS SO WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED ON THE 14TH OF JULY I CALLED THEM AT 5.45 PM. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK INTO IT. AT 10.35 PM THEY SENT ME A NOTE STATING THEY CREDITED MY CREDIT CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $38.00. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $93.93. I SENT MESSAGE.. THEY RESPONDED STATING THEY ONLY RECIEVED THE CORE. I PRINTED RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WHERE THEY ASK REASON FOR RETURN AND I PUT WRONG PART AND PUT IN BOX WITH PART AS THEY INSTRUCT U TO DO. THEN I RECEIVE ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING SIMPLY WRITING WRONG PART DOES NOT CHANGE STATUS.THIS IS WHAT THEY TELL U TO DO. I HAVE ALL PAPERWORK, RECIEPTS, ETC ,MECHANIC WILL VERIFY WRONG PART IF NEEDED. PLUS,I F THEY TELL US TO PUT RETURN PAPER INTO BOX, WHY ARN'T THEY READING IT?? AND THEN THEY OPEN A BOX AND DON'T NOTICE A BRAND NEW PART. NEW PART IS A LOT DIFFERENT FROM A RUSTY,DIRTY,GREASY PART.Desired Settlement: TO HAVE MY 53.49 RETURNED TO ME.

Business

Response:

When this customer returned his part, she returned it using return instructions that indicated she was returning a core rather than a newly received part. When it was received back, core credit was accordingly issued. After returning the part to us, she reported to our representative that she ordered the wrong part. We have since confirmed that it was in fact a new part that was sent back, so the customer was refunded for the remaining cost of the part to her original payment method on 8/13/15.As our Help page explains (http://www.rockauto.com/lang/en/answersTab4.html#Returns), every part we sell may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the part price. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. Since the customer reported that she ordered the wrong part for her vehicle but we shipped what was ordered (which is not advertised as including and does not include a pulley), shipping is not refundable.

Review: I ordered a replacement wheel for my car intending it to match OEM. The Rock Auto website describes a bright silver painted wheel and has a photo containing a disclaimer that it

may not be representative of the product. The description does indeed describe the OEM wheel (a combination of polished and painted), which is the picture on the website. I think that any reasonable customer would have no reason to expect anything else. The wheel they shipped is completely painted. Although it could indeed be described by the website description, a reasonable customer would have the same expectations as I did, as the description also described the OEM and the website picture. The difference is in the pattern of the finish on the wheel. I contacted customer service twice and both times was told that the text description prevails (even though it describes the obvious alternative). They will accept the item back for refund, but not the shipping charges to my house and back to Rock Auto. I would like both shipping charges refunded, as this product representation is misleading to any reasonable person. Note: I think that RockAuto agrees with me, as they have removed this item from their website.Desired Settlement: I will be refunded the purchase price of the item, but I also want the shipping to ($13.84) and from ($11.34) my house refunded (Total $25.18).

Business

Response:

We

are sorry this customer received a wheel that arrived a different

color and texture than he was expecting. Our website's INFO page,

which is linked directly next to the part number in our catalog,

indicates, “Representative image of wheel shown. Refer to catalog

description for color/finish. Center caps and lug nut covers are not

included.” The INFO page link to the part the customer ordered can

be seen here:

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=2468812pk=2468812&cc=1432173... />
The

customer ordered the “Bright Silver,” “Reconditioned” wheel.

“Reconditioned” is described in that INFO page as including “a

new oven-baked powder coat to give the wheel a lifetime of beauty,

performance, and wear,” so the customer was notified ahead of time

that the reconditioned wheel he ordered would be painted in its

entirety. The “Bright Silver” description indicates, “Bright

Silver is a shade lighter than a Medium Silver,” which implies that

the wheel is not simply polished but also coated with a “shade”

of paint or powder coat, chosen from a spectrum of various silver

shades available to the remanufacturer.

Typically,

when customers wish to return parts that are simply not wanted or

needed, we ask that our customers cover the return shipping to ship

back the parts for a part cost refund.

In

this case, the customer was shipped the part he ordered, i.e. our

warehouse shippers did not make a mistake in pulling the wrong wheel

off the shelf.

The

reason the wheel is not showing up in our online catalog currently is

not due to the customer's perceived discrepancy in the colors offered

and what he actually received. The part is not appearing in our

online catalog because it is no longer in stock.

We

understand his confusion and frustration, and we want to address his

concerns. If he has any ideas about how we can make these painted

options clearer in our catalog, we would be open to considering and

implementing those suggestion. Since we disclosed up front all of the

information he would need to know to order as clearly as currently

possible, we are unable to refund his original shipping or cover the

return shipping it would cost for him to ship the wheel back.

If he

wishes, he can generate a prepaid FedEx return label at our Order

Status & Returns page. We offer this option for customers who are

responsible for return shipping, but since we have FedEx accounts, we

are able to pass along our FedEx account discounts to our customers.

Thus, the shipping using our prepaid label would simply be deducted

from his refund and he would not be responsible for the out-of-pocket

cost of return shipping.

Business

Response:

We are sorry this customer is disappointed about needing to pay for the return shipping cost and for the shipping he paid for the part. Given the information clearly disclosed on our website, he was not "fooled" by RockAuto and was in fact informed that the wheel would arrive painted a bright silver color in its entirety before it was ordered and received. We are unable to refund the original shipping he paid, nor do we think it is reasonable to cover return shipping for a part that was shipped correctly and clearly described on our website.

Response:

Review: A time sensitive order was placed with expedited shipping to this company, and I was given an estimated delivery date of Friday. Once I received the tracking information from FedEx, I saw that the estimated delivery date was the following Monday. When I contacted the business I was told to place a second order, pay for overnight shipping, and then return the original order (with the responsibility of return shipping costs being placed upon me). Meaning that I will have paid for shipping 3 times on a single order.Desired Settlement: Not sure what the Revdex.com can do for me in this regard, as this company has already disrupted my schedule beyond repair, but I wish for this formal complaint to be on the record to warn future customers of this company.

Business

Response:

This

customer placed an order Tuesday 07/15 after 9pm and chose 3 business

day express shipping. Our website program accounted for a Wednesday

7/16 shipment date and predicted a Monday 7/21 delivery (3 business

days from the day of shipment). Tracking shows the order shipped and

was delivered according to this schedule.

On

Wednesday 7/16, the customer requested we expedite his shipment

further to ensure delivery by Friday. We agreed to make the request

with FedEx, but since we shipped on time and FedEx was scheduled to

deliver on time we would have required the customer to pay the

difference in cost. The other option suggested was to submit another

order with expedited shipment for delivery by Friday, then return the

first order after its Monday delivery. RockAuto and FedEx fulfilled

their commitments, so the customer would be required to pay shipping

costs associated with both orders.

Review: I made order [redacted] on Nov 18, 2014. Part of this order included 16 valve lifters for my Chevrolet TRacker. After

spending over 10 hours installing the valve lifters I discovered that 5 out of 16 valve lifters were defective. That is a 31% failure rate - they never worked - the engine made more noise than before I started the repair. I contacted RockAuto saying that I wanted a refund since with a 31% failure rate I would have to dismantle the entire engine

for a third time since, on average, I would have 1 to 2 defects in the replacement lifters. RockAuto refused to reimburse me for over $1000 worth of labor. They also refused to take back the Chinese lifters they sold me. I replaced the lifters with Japanese lifters that work perfectly. Selling internal engine parts is not like selling light bulbs, the amount of labor involved to replace them is enormous. Obviously no one in their right would accept 5 substitute parts. In addition parts with such a high initial failure will have to be replaced in a year or two - another $1000 of labor. I want a full refund of the $175 I paid for these defective lifters. I can mail them back to RockAuto but they are refusing to take them. I am surprised that RockAuto could have a good rating here, look at resellerratings.com if you want the real story.Desired Settlement: I want a $175 credit on the credit card I charged to. I can mail the defective parts back to RockAuto so they can resell them.

Business

Response:

This customer purchased DNJ valve

lifters on 11/18/2014 that are covered by DNJ's 12 months / 12,000

miles warranty. On 2/17/2015, the customer contacted us requesting a

return of the installed lifters for a refund. As our Warranties

page explains, like other retailers of branded products, RockAuto

does not offer any product warranty of our own--we honor the warranty

provided by the manufacturer of the product. Warranties offer only

replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds

and no reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs or other

expenses.

We offered to provide return

instructions for the 5 failed lifters for reshipment of the same

product, as the manufacturer's warranty offers. The customer

indicated that he did not want replacement products but would only

accept a refund for his returns. We're sorry he received several

defective parts., but we have explained multiple times that

reshipment is the only option the manufacturer offers under their

warranty. The customer has unsuccessfully attempted to charge back

the funds via his credit card company and continues to request a

refund for these products.

Should the customer wish to return the

5 failed lifters for replacement under warranty, he is welcome to

contact [redacted]

before 11/18/2014 so we can provide the return instructions necessary

for return and reshipment. No refund will be issued for these

lifters, since neither our

30 day return policy nor the manufacturer's warranty offer this

option.

Review: I received a part that was damaged. I contacted the seller immediately after learning the part was damaged which was the day of delivery. I was supposed to have my part on a Friday but did not get the part until Monday. The part was on a truck in [redacted] from Friday till delivery on Monday. I called the seller on Friday afternoon about my delivery and they stated the driver was in route. When I got the part it was damaged and I did all I was told to do to get a replacement part. I have been waiting for 2 months now for a replacement part and have not heard anything back from the seller since my last email July 31, 2015. I would like my part replaced and not at any cost to myself. They failed to deliver on time and failed to deliver a part un damaged. I was not there to inspect the item and if I was they would have been made to take that part back and send me one that was not damaged. Therefore, I turn to you.Desired Settlement: I want my hood for my 1994 Honda Del Sol immediately. I have been waiting since June 29, 2015.

Business

Response:

Transit

times and "Receive by" dates shown during checkout are

estimates by the carrier and, while usually accurate, are not

guaranteed by RockAuto, as our Help

page explains. This order was delivered within 5 business days of

shipment, within the carrier's standard delivery time frame.

The

customer ordered a hood that shipped via truck freight. The order

confirmation we emailed to her (sent immediately after the order was

placed) stated: “PLEASE UNWRAP AND

INSPECT ALL PARTS FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING

for truck freight shipments. It is difficult to obtain compensation

for damage after you have accepted the shipment.”

The

shipment was accepted and signed for upon delivery (see attached) at

the shipping address the customer specified, indicating that the

shipment was “received in good order.” The signed form reminded

the recipient to “check for damage before accepting delivery; do

not accept delivery if damage exists!”

Later

that day, the customer reported that the hood “appears to have been

crushed under other pallet on truck,” indicating damage occurred

during shipping. We filed a concealed damage claim with the carrier

on the customer's behalf, which - as we've informed the customer

already - takes up to 120 days after the claim is open to be

resolved. The claim was opened in early July, and we are currently

awaiting the results of that claim. Since the customer did sign for

the parts, any refund amount resulting from the concealed damage

claim through the carrier is subject to the carrier. We will contact

the customer when results are available and we will refund the

customer whatever the carrier agrees to refund on the claim.

Review: I ordered brake parts from Rockauto at 10AM on 09/21. I needed the parts the next day so I paid for overnight shipping. I got a shipping confirmation approximately 1 hour later. I got a call from FedEx the next morning (09/22) stating that my parts would not be arriving that day. FedEx admitted that the error was their fault and not the fault of Rockauto. I inquired FedEx how to go about getting a refund for shipping because my parts did not arrive on time. They stated that they would be refunding the business (Rockauto) that I ordered the parts from and would not issue refunds to me directly. I called Rockauto back that day (09/22) and they stated that since my parts had not been delivered yet they could not issue a refund. The parts finally arrived on 09/23. The next week Rockauto issued me a refund for $12.84, approximately half of what I paid for shipping. I paid $25.62 for overnight shipping. When I called Rockauto back they stated that since I got my parts 1 day late that they would still be charging me for the 2 business day shipping because the parts did arrive within 2 business days. I requested a FULL refund on shipping because I PAID for overnight shipping and it did not arrive overnight. I told them "if I wanted 2 day shipping that's what I would have chosen when I ordered the parts. I chose overnight shipping because I NEEDED IT THE NEXT DAY". And since it did not arrive the next day I would expect a full refund on shipping. My truck was down and was not operable until I received my parts. I then called FedEx customer service and requested clarification of refunds due to their error. FedEx stated that since it was their fault that my parts did not arrive on time, all Rockauto would have to do would be to submit a refund request to them. I then called Rockauto back and they stated that the person I spoke with at FedEx was incorrect. Rockauto stated that they have a contract with FedEx where they can not get reimbursed for shipping errors or late shipments EVEN WHEN ITS THE FAULT OF FEDEX. Rockauto claimed that they eat the cost for shipping even if it is the fault of FedEx. I believe that if this is truly their policy, I believe it is absurd and ludicrous. I asked Rockauto "if I had ordered a perishable product, and the product was ruined when I received it because it did not arrive in a timely manner, would you still be telling me the same thing when the shipper is admitting fault?" They stated "well you didn't order a perishable product, and the product you ordered arrived late, but it still did arrive to you. Just not overnight like you wanted. That's why we are charging you for the 2 day shipping because it did arrive in 2 days" I stated "It doesn't change the fact that I still needed the parts overnight. THATS WHY I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. If FedEx screwed up, then I think you should either try to get reimbursed by them but if what you say is true, and you do have a contract with them that does not allow you to get reimbursed for errors on their part, then you (Rockauto) should reimburse me for the shipping because of your crazy, absurd and ludicrous contract you have with FedEx." Rockauto stated "well that's not going to happen, that's our policy".Desired Settlement: To be reimbursed the remaining $12.78 in shipping cost.

Business

Response:

This

customer ordered on Monday, 9/21/15 and chose Next Business Day

Express shipping. Our site factored in shipment the following

business day since we allow 24 hours for order processing, and we

provided the expected delivery date of Wednesday 9/23/15 during

checkout. The final checkout screen explained that the expected

delivery dates provided during checkout are best estimates

based on the usual order processing time frame and the shipping

method chosen but are not guaranteed. The

shipment had its label printed and was picked up the same day (faster

than expected), which is why FedEx tracking online showed an expected

delivery date of Tuesday.

Unfortunately,

FedEx made a mistake that resulted in this being delivered one

business day later on Wednesday 9/23/15. Since RockAuto has an

account with FedEx which does not allow us to file a claim for this

delayed order, we are unable to be reimbursed for FedEx's mistake.

However, considering the customer did not receive his order on the

day he expected after selecting an express service and seeing a

Tuesday estimated delivery on FedEx's online tracking site, we

absorbed the cost of FedEx's mistake and refunded him for the

difference between the service he paid for (Next Business Day

Express) and the service he received (2 Business Day Express). The

customer has only been charged for the service he received and no

further refund is available.

Review: Parts arrived in damaged condition due to poor packaging, and were incorrect due to Rock Auto's catalog supplying the wrong part numbers. Repeated calls to their customer service only compounded the issue, with them threatening to have file a fraud charge with my credit card company-for a $10 shipping charge!!

Business

Response:

This

customer ordered oil filters and an oil cooler gasket. No problem was

reported with the gasket, but unfortunately the oil filters were

incorrect due to an error in our catalog. We refunded the customer to

his original payment method for the oil filters and their associated

shipping cost without requiring a return. We're not sure what he's

referring to regarding us threatening a fraud charge with his credit

card company. Since the customer repeatedly threatened to charge

back/dispute his payment through his credit card company despite us

refunding him for the error, we explained we would not be able to

continue business with someone resorting to a

credit card dispute when reasonable solutions were offered.

Review: Purchased Raybestos #[redacted] Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly along with many other parts to rebuild the front axle assembly on this 2005 Chevy Colorado truck from Rock Auto on 4/7/2014 (confirmation order # [redacted]). I installed these parts on the truck on 4/12/2014 when the truck had 129,790 miles, not sure how soon after this part actually failed (or started to have endplay in it) but noticed the play while working on the truck on 6/2/2015 when the truck had 137,961 miles, for a different issue. I called Rock Auto asking for warranty replacement part and they said the warranty is for 12 months so they would not replace it. I have since called the, back and told them I did not feel this was right since the original OEM part lasted over 129,000 miles, still will not replace, I have also called Raybestos directly, they said the warranty is thru Rock Auto since they have such a low contract selling price with them. ONLY 8171 MILES AND IT IS BAD??? I have been watching this part, it is not getting worse but local tire installer will not do required alignment on this vehicle until this bearing play problem is resolved, so for this reason, and for safety reasons, I need to replace this bearing. By the way, this was certainly not the cheapest version of this part that Rock Auto sells for this truck.Desired Settlement: Rock Auto should replace this Raybestos # [redacted] wheel bearing & hub assembly and provide shipping at no cost to me. I am willing to provide the labor. Yes I did install all of these parts and torqued everything to the service manual specs which I can provide if you'd like. This issue is on the right front side, I replaced all the same parts on the left front side at the same time, everything is fine on that side.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted] purchased this Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly on April 7, 2014, but did not contact us about a problem with the part until June 3, 2015. We explained that Raybestos offers a 12-month warranty on their Wheel Bearing & Hub Assemblies and his warranty was expired. Warranty information is provided on our Warranties page and on the product’s INFO page in the catalog. The customer is also able to find warranty information at the Raybestos website on their Warranty page. We are not able to assist with a warranty replacement on an item whose warranty has expired.

Consumer

Response:

It appears that I should have inspected the wheel bearings within the 12 month warranty period in order to receive the warranty, at 8171 miles I would not think this failure should NOT have occurred and I bet that it was bad prior to the time I inspected it. It is very obvious to me that Rock Auto has no concern for customer service after the sale and I will simply not do any future business with them and will spread the word to all my friends who do their own repair work.

I love this site they are reasonable 8n their prices and quick on their shipping. I will be shopping with them anytime I need car parts.

very easy to find my part

I've shopped with RockAuto for a while now. Not only are their prices amazing, but their shipping costs are extremely fair, and the quality of their parts is just as good as the parts store. In fact, they carry a wider variety of parts than the local parts stores. I honestly don't know where to buy AC Delco parts other than a GM Dealer or RockAuto. Once, I was dissatisfied with the quality of one of the sets of brake pads that I received (Wagner ThermoQuiet), there were a couple small micro-cracks in the surface of the pads. I sent a simple email expressing my dissatisfaction, and the quickly returned my email informing me that a new set of pads were in the mail. Amazing company, and great customer service!

just picket up a cruise switch for my 2012 f150 XL came in four days here in Canada put the switch in took it to the dealer got it programmed now we are cruising big saving
