Review: I purchased 14 units of TRICO windshield wipers for 3 vehicles on 9/2/2015. The product + shipping cost I paid was $31.21. The product was shipped on time and received by me the evening of 9/9/2015.
When I opened the package on 9/9/2015, I noticed that...
a) The wipers shipped were named Napa and not Trico.
- This is false advertising as they display one product name when ordering but ship another product name to fulfill the order.
b) Out of the 14 units, at least 10-12 units were not even sealed well in the packaging.
- This goes to show that these products were either used ot purchase returns from another customer. These were sold as brand new wipers.
c) When I opened the packaging, I noticed that all products were old, dirty, considerably worn out, and look used. These units had so much white deposits on it that it seemed ages old.
- This again goes to show this product was either used before or a reject that was being sold as new item. These were sold as brand new wipers.
d) Even after all these issues, I thought of trying these wipers on my vehicle. Turns out the passenger side wiper does not even sit well on the windshield towards the tail end. At least 1/3rd of the windshield area goes untouched and does not do the job a wiper is supposed to do.
- This goes to show that the product is defective or false advertised. The product was sold to fit a certain Year/Make/Model/Trim but it did not fit for any of the 3 vehicles towards the passenger side. These were guaranteed to fit the vehicles I bought them for, but they did not.
After going through all the above frustration, I got in touch with Rock Auto right away via email on 9/9/15. Here is the summary of back and forth.
-- 9/9/15 --
Me - I expressed my displeasure above the product via email.
-- 9/10/15 --
RockAuto - Suzane Got back to clarify if the fitments did not work for all vehicles?
Me - Replied back with affirmation and stressing how old, dirty, and used they look.
RockAuto - Dave got back refuting that these products are not used or refurbished. He mentioned that this is wholesale closeout and must be on shelf for long time and so at a reduced price.
Me - I expressed my displeasure again stressing that cheap prices does not mean they can sell old, dirty, considerably worned out, and used product as new. I also stressed that the product name that was shipped itself was Napa and not Trico as I ordered. I also mentioned that these products dont fit as advertised for the vehicle.
RockAuto - Mike replied back refuting that it is highly unlikely all 14 units are used is "Astronomically low". He went on to say that they are sold as 'Private Lable' which basically allows them to sell product by one name but ship product of another name.He asked me to provide images of the part to verify my claim.
-- 9/11/15 --
Me - I replied back again to RockAuto expressing my displeasure that they are not responsing to the core problem with the wipers. They do not fit as guaranteed for my vehicles. I had mentioned about this concern in all my previous correspondence but none of their responses ever addressed that concern. I mentioned to reply back with images in a day.
Me - I got home that night and sent 24 images of wipers highlighting (a) how old, dirty, considerably worn out, and used they look. (b) How their 'brand new' wiper looks as compared to my 'old, used one' simply stating the fact that my old wipers look newer than their brand new wipers. (c) I again stressed that they do not fit on any of my vehicles as guaranteed.
-- 9/13/15 --
Me - After realizing that the previous email did not make it to RockAuto (delivery failure) probably due to number of images I sent across. I then zipped the images in 2 sets and sent it across as 2 different emails.
-- 9/14/15 --
RockAuto - RockAuto sent an email with return instructions for my order. But they only listed 1 part as defective while others with the not that I did not want them.
RockAuto - [redacted] responded on the previous email chain stating that she has initiated the return (above email) and they will refund the part cost in 3 business days.
Me - As soon as I noticed that only 1 part is marked as defective, and [redacted]'s email stating only 'Part cost' will be refunded, I asked for confirmation that RockAuto is accepting it's fault and refunding the complete purchase cost of $31.21.
RockAuto - Ashley replied back that only 2 parts were oxidized and not reusable while rest of the products are new and in fine condition. I will have to initiate the refund for those and they will under no circumstance will refund the shipping cost.
Me - On receiving this response from Ashley, I expressed my displeasure again. I sent 24 images so on what basis did she think that those are for only 2 products and do not include other 12? How does she know that other 12 units are new and just fine? I stressed that the images cover all prodcuts that were sent to me and they need to refund the complete orde total of $31.21. Again, this time around too, they did not address the main concern that these products do not fit any of my vehicles as advertised.Desired Settlement: As you can see from the problem points, I had 4 concerns expressed and the main one being (d) These products do not fit as intended. But instead of addressing the core issue they have just been beating around the bush, refuting my claims, refuting the photo evidence, and hell bent on not following a good business practice to accept their failure and shortcoming and provide a full refund.
Any other reputable business in this case would have accepted their shortcomings and made things right.
I can share the complete email chain, as well as all the photos evidence with Revdex.com right away so that we can get the wheels rolling.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
RockAuto Inc mailing address on Revdex.com does not state the suite number. Their complete address on their website is:
RockAuto, [redacted]
I am very positive that they have excluded the suite number in their address on Revdex.com website so that no physical mails can make it to them. A very good way to let this case go to a dead hole too. Please, I request, please send your physical mail to the above mentioned address.
Thank you!

Response:
The
suite number is not included as it is not necessary for physical mail
to reach us.
The
customer ordered Wholesaler Closeout, Private Label wipers. Our Help
page explains "Private Label Pkg" means the part may be in
different packaging. The features should be the same but the warranty
(and the quality) may be different than for parts the manufacturer
sells under its own brand. Our Help
page also explains that sometimes manufacturers buy parts from other
manufacturers and re-sell them as their own. We have no control over
manufacturer supply chains. In this case, Trico was selling NAPA
parts.
We
do not sell used parts, though as clearance parts Wholesaler Closeout
parts may look as though they've been on a shelf for awhile. Open
packaging may indicate the parts were previously opened, but does not
indicate they were installed (and thus “used”) parts. Like other
online retailers, RockAuto allows returns and inspects all returns.
The
customer purchased winter wiper blades. Winter blades have a stiffer
design, so while resting they don't follow the curvature of the
windshield. They don't sit totally flat so that there is less surface
to get iced to a windshield when the car is sitting outside in the
elements. However, once they are turned on the blades move into
position almost immediately, and will successfully wipe clean the
entire windshield. This is likely the cause of the fitment problem
the customer presents.
Upon
reevaluation of the photos provided of the wiper blades received,
enough of them do appear to be oxidized beyond what is normal for
wholesaler closeout parts that we think meeting the customer's
request for a full refund on the order is appropriate. We apologize
that this and the fitment problem were not appropriately addressed
initially and we are taking action to prevent similar situations from
arising in the future.
The
customer has opened a chargeback dispute via his credit card company
for the order total. Since chargeback documentation specifically
instructs us not to issue a refund while the chargeback is open, the
customer will be refunded in full (including original shipping) on
the order without return of the products as soon as his open dispute
via his credit card company has closed.
Consumer
Response:
Apologies for the delay in confirmation. My request for charge back with CC was accepted and I have received my money back. Please make sure this case is available in open on Revdex.com so that other buyers can see the handling of this case by the business prior to filing the dispute.Thank you!
Review: I ordered a front wheel hub for my 1997 Acura CL car. When I received the part it would not fit because it was the wrong part. They sent me the wheel hub for the 2.2 liter engine acura cl when I needed the hub for a 3.0 liter acura CL car. I specifically ordered the part for a 3.0 liter acura CL. When I called the customer service they told me I was misinformed and that the part would fit both cars. This is incorrect and I told him various sources to back up my claim. He was not interested in helping me and told me that I ordered the wrong part and that he would not help me further. I said I just wanted them to refund my money for the part and shipping since they sent the wrong part, but they siad they were unable to do that. I paid $18 for the part and $9 to have it shipped. They wanted me to pay $6.22 for the return shipping and forfeit the $9 shipping I originally paid to have the part shipped to me. That would leave me losing $15 for their mistake...which is unacceptable to me. I just wanted them to correct their mistake in the computer so that it wouldn't happen to anyone else, but again they were unwilling to do that even after I gave them several part numbers that supported my claims. I will never do business with thus company again.Desired Settlement: They will pay for the return shipping and refund me my whole $27 that I spent for the part and shipping. They will also change the part number in their catalogue so that it doesn't happen again.

Response:
We are very sorry this customer
received a hub that would not work for his vehicle. Typically, when a
customer reports that a part does not fit and the correct part was
ordered, we do everything we can to investigate why the part isn't
fitting. If it simply doesn't fit – whether due to a manufacturer's
listing mistake, an altered vehicle or some other reason – we split
the shipping with the customer. It appears we set up the return
incorrectly initially and did not offer to split the shipping with
the customer. This customer is entitled to a refund of his original
shipping or – if he prefers – a free prepaid FedEx label to ship
the part back. If he chooses to use the free label, he would be
refunded for the part cost only of the hub, $18.42, upon its return.
If he is interested in the full refund, for the part cost and the
shipping, or in the prepaid label, we encourage him to email us
directly at [redacted], so we can set up the correct
return for him. We apologize for the oversight and the
miscommunication.
Business
Response:
The
part this customer ordered is listed to fit a 1997 Acura CL 3.0, a
fact we verified both with our catalog, the manufacturer and other
manufacturers when he called. We have since verified again with the
manufacturer that the hub is listed correctly for his 1997 Acura CL
3.0. Our catalog is not incorrect, per the manufacturer's data, which are based
on the original equipment specifications for the part, and we did not
ship the incorrect part, as the customer received the part number he
ordered. If he wishes to take advantage of the split-shipping offer,
we encourage him to email us directly at: [redacted].

Car sitting in garage waiting for part that will never come. Informed Rockauto that if they researched the usps tracking, you will see it is sitting there and no activity. Said to wait 2 weeks. Sorry can't wait two weeks to confirm that part isnt's coming.Desired Settlement: Just refund my money and part ways, Not first time having customer service issues with rock auto. Will never use or recommend again
Business
Response:
We shipped Mr. [redacted]'s order on February 21st (the day that it was placed) by 1st Class Mail through the US Postal Service. He contacted us on the 26th, and because this is a shipping method that has no guarantee on delivery date, we explained that we typically wait 7 business days before considering it lost. He contacted us again on March 4th saying that he still hadn't received it, and we refunded his entire payment for the order the same day. The tracking now shows that the package is scheduled to be delivered today. Because of the low cost of the item ($9.46) and the delay in receiving it, we will not be asking him to return it, even though he has been refunded and also be receiving the part that he ordered.
Review: Purchase a catalytic convertor $305.00 from Rockauto on Dec.7 2013 had it installed and the went to emissions in Connecticut where I live. My 2003 Jeep Grand passed emissions and had 125,384 miles on Jeep and received a paper from [redacted] showing it passed and mileage. Drove it approximately 3,700 miles in 11 months and I heard a rattle noise, when taking off and had it check and he said that the catalytic convertors were rattling inside like they came loose. Call RockAuto and [redacted] and told him about it and he said I would have to buy another catalytic and send the one with rattle back and credit me as long as it was not hit or damaged and it was not. He said they have to send to there manufacturer .I fill a return paper that rockauto emailed me ,it had mileage install date ,Vin # and put in plastic bag and tapped it to catalytic convertor sending back.,So I had the second Catalytic installed again and had to go to emissions again [redacted] and passed again with 129,344 miles on it. have that paper also. I heard back from [redacted] at Rockauto and they said there manufacture is not going to warranty catalytic convertor because a emission failure .So I went to a Jeep dealer and had it checked out and found no problems with emissions and no check engine light. After not warranty catalytic convertor Rockauto asked if I wanted it back and I said yes. When I got it back no one open the return paper I sent back either, it was still plastic and my tape still on it no one opened it. Manufacture did not cut the catalytic convertor open to see inside and have a good look ..After all these when on I tried call [redacted] on 2 different days and left message on voice mail and also call Cody left voice mail no call back no email . Wanted to tell them I had a Jeep dealer check my 2003 grand Cherokee out . If emission part was bad how did my Jeep pass state emissions 2 times with in 1 year and only 3900 miles .Desired Settlement: Refund check . If a Emission part was bad how did my Jeep pass emissions 2 times with in about 1 year and only put on about 3900 miles .

Response:
First, we
apologize that the customer did not receive responses from our
representatives. The situation had already been addressed, but
apologize that he did not receive callbacks.
When this
customer reported a problem with his converter, we explained that
with the information he provided we could not guarantee it would be
covered under the manufacture's warranty. We explained that typically
catalytic converters are only covered if there is a structural
problem. If it failed due to another problem in the vehicle, it
wouldn't be covered by warranty.
The customer ordered a new
converter, then contacted us for warranty return instructions for the
old one. The customer returned the old converter. The manufacturer
found that the substrate had broken apart internally with signs of
heavy ash, which indicates a problem outside the converter (such as
over-heating, an emissions issue) rather than a manufacturing defect.
(Please see manufacturer's site for additional technical information
about this type of symptom[redacted]).
We informed the customer that since the converter was not faulty we
could not refund for it and we returned it to him at his request.
The piece of paper the
customer included in his return did not need to be opened for the
manufacturer to inspect the part. The manufacturer uses a tool that
can be inserted into either end of the converter for an internal view
without need for cutting it apart, which is why the converter
returned to the customer after inspection was in one piece.
Parts can quickly or slowly
deteriorate, so it is likely the new converter will eventually fail
as well if nothing else was replaced. The vehicle could have passed
emissions tests and not necessarily shown a check engine light if the
substrate was slowly deteriorating over several months. We can not
speak to the validity of a competitor's (like a dealership's) claims
but based on the manufacturer's inspection this was not a failure
caused by the converter. Since the converter was not a defective
part, no refund will be issued.

Review: I ordered a radiator from a list that said it would fit my pickup. Upon receipt and fit check it was determined the radiator was too short. No fluids were installed. Upon return the service dept. of Rock Auto refused refund stating the unit was used and could not be resold as new.Desired Settlement: Refund my PayPal account $117.79 less shipping costs.
Business
Response:
This
customer ordered a radiator that was too short for his needs, despite
us listing the dimensions of the part on our website. As our Policies
page
explains, we accept uninstalled returns within 30 days but we
cannot issue return credit for parts which have been installed. When
the radiator was inspected upon return it was clear it had been
installed and that fluid had run through it (see attached photos
showing the part with fluid on it and the plastic that the customer
put on the part so the fluid would not get on the box). We offered to
either ship the part back to the customer at his expense or dispose
of it since it was not able to be resold as it was returned. The
customer did not contact us to pay for shipping costs back to him
despite multiple requests, so the part was disposed of. No refund
will be issued for the installed part.

Review: Rock Auto advertised my part as coming with a water pump. The part does not come with the water pump. They insisted that their ad does not say it comes with the water pump. I forwarded a link to their ad showing that it says it comes with a water pump.Desired Settlement: Forward to me the cost of a water pump which was not included in my order.
Business
Response:
The
timing belt component kit the customer ordered -part number [redacted]-
does not include a water pump. The part was listed in the section
noted as 'Without Water Pump' in our catalog (see attached screen
shot), and the image of the kit does not show a water pump. The
description of the part also does not say the pump is included. Our
website shows the following description:
Includes:
Timing Belt, Camshaft Belt Tensioner with In Arm Actuator, 3 Camshaft
Belt Idlers; Water Pump Driven by Timing BeltWe're
sorry if the customer misunderstood the listing, but we use the
semi-colon as a grammatical notation that indicates a
separation between two independent clauses without using a
conjunction. The semi-colon
following “belt idlers” indicates the end of the list of items
included. 'Water Pump Driven by Timing Belt' is a description of how
the timing system in the vehicle functions. Even if the customer was
confused about punctuation, the part photo showing no water pump and
the part being listed under “Without Water Pump” clearly
communicates that a pump would not be sent with this kit.The
kit can be returned for a refund of the part cost, or he can purchase
a water pump separately if he needs one. Since we shipped him what we
advertised and what he ordered, no shipping costs will be refunded.
The customer will not be sent a water pump at no charge. We have
emailed the customer return instructions to complete the return if he
chooses to send it back.

Hi I ordered brake drums for my 2005 cobalt I spent good amount of time choosing which parts I wanted and went with a "Premium Brake Drum" rather than going with the economy option a choice I now regret which I will explain
The part was supposed to be a BENDIX Part # PDR0766 $25.99 which is shown to be a clean machined faced brake drum.
What I revived was a box with The same part number as their cheapest option 80109 printed on the box, the same number that's stamped on the part its self and the exact match to the picture of said cheap part which they were selling for $16.95 the only difference is there's a sticker on the front of the box supposedly from Bendix including both part numbers on it.
I called them trying to explain my displeasure during which I was disconnected twice. they requested pictures and I sent them, they emailed me back saying Bendix is to blame... claiming they bought said part and boxed it and sold it to them that way. supposedly a common occurrence all tho irrelevant In my honest opinion.
They proceeded to tell me that they wont do anything other then take them back (of course I would have to pay the shipping) be out a car for the time it would take to get a different part.
I'm pissed because If I would have known that I was going to end up with the same cheap part and not the superior one I would have save 20 bucks and just ordered the inferior part
Sorry ROCKAUTO but Bendix supposedly being on the hook for any warranty issues does NOT make these parts equal
I want a credit for the difference between the cheap part you sent me and the premium part I paid for, either in the form of a refund or in store credit. further action by me will be taken should the part prove to cause drivability issues like vibration.Desired Settlement: I want a credit for the difference between the cheap part you sent me and the premium part I paid for either in the form of a refund or in store credit.

Our Help
page explains that sometimes manufacturers buy parts from other
manufacturers and re-sell them as their own. In doing so, they
declare the quality of the part worthy of their name and stand behind
the product with their warranty. We have no control over manufacturer
supply chains. When we buy a part from Brand X (in this case,
Bendix), we pay X's price for it, and your price is based on our
cost. If you disagree with a manufacturer's purchasing decision, you
may return the part. Shipping is not refundable. No refund will be
provided without return for the part that was correctly shipped to
the customer.
Review: I have recently purchased four struts and two strut mounts from RockAuto. They arrived towards the middle/end of April. I spent the money on the labor to be installed and then within a couple of weeks both strut mounts went. One strut mount let go as the rubber around the top had warped. I brought my vehicle in to be fixed with a proper strut mount. Costing me another large amount of money to have it replaced with a proper one and labor. Within another couple of days the second strut mount went for the same reason, warping of the rubber around the top. I then had to replace the other side and bringing my vehicle in for the third time. Again I had to pay for labor and the new part. When I contacted them my only option was to pay to ship the parts back myself and they would send me new ones. For one I 100 percent do not want new ones as I do not trust that I would not receive another faulty part after receiving two already. This whole process has cost me so much more money then it ever should have cost. I also cannot understand why I myself would have to pay to ship back parts that were faulty due to the companies issue with the product. On top of all this the mechanic had told me that with these faulty parts were putting wear and tear on my car which most likely will end up being another expense.Desired Settlement: I would like a reimbursement for the parts and the price it had cost to ship. If the parts must be shipped back that they cover this at the least. This problem has cost me close to $1600 in total and that is the minimum that should be done to fix this problem.
Business
Response:
We're sorry this customer had problems
with these parts. The parts were purchased in April and she reported
a problem in June. Since this was outside our 30
day return policy but the parts are still covered by the
manufacturer's
warranty, we offered two options: return the parts for reshipment
as soon as tracking shows they're in transit back to us, or place a
new order through the site for the same brand and part number, then
return the old ones for a refund on the new order. Manufacturers'
warranties do not cover shipping costs. As a courtesy to our
customers, we offer to cover the outbound ground shipping cost of the
new product; we only ask that customers be responsible for returning
the old part. We do offer a reduced-cost label on our account
available through our Order
Status and Returns page as an optional method of reducing the
return shipping cost to the customer.
Our Warranties page explains that like
other retailers of branded products, RockAuto
does not offer any product warranty of our own--we honor the warranty
provided by the manufacturer of the product. Warranties offer only
replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds
and no reimbursement of labor costs, shipping costs or other expenses
(http://www.rockauto.com/docs/warranty.php).
The customer can use the return instructions previously provided to
return these parts for reshipment, but they are not returnable for
refund.
Review: On August 16, 2015 I ordered a pair of rear leaf springs for my 1996 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The pair of rear leaf springs cost $107.99 and the shipping cost $13.46 for a total of $121.45. The part number was DORMAN 929400 and below this part number it specifically notes "Rear Left; 4WD" and "Rear Right; 4WD", so I was expecting two rear leaf springs, one for the rear left and one for the rear right. On August 20th 2015 I received one quantity rear leaf spring. I called Rock Auto's customer service line and asked why I did not receive a pair of rear leaf springs, but rather just one. Their reply consisted of "you should've looked in the help section" and "I'm sorry you were confused". They proceeded to tell me that their website is crystal clear in that what I ordered was a single rear leaf spring. I kindly stated that I felt their website listing was misleading and that I'd like to return the item. They stated I could do so but would have to pay return shipping. This is not an acceptable way to do business. Their listing for this item should be changed to avoid confusion. They completely refused to pay return shipping on this item. Please help.Desired Settlement: An acceptable outcome would be for Rock Auto to pay for return shipping on this leaf spring, and upon receipt of the item Rock Auto would refund to me the original amount they charged me of $121.45.

As
our Help
page explains, parts are priced individually, unless
stated otherwise in the listing. We go on to explain with an
illustrated example that parts listed with application details as
described by the customer will fit one side OR the other side, but if
both sides are needed a quantity of 2 would need to be ordered. The
part listing photo also shows only a quantity of 1 advertised. As our
Help
page explains, every part we sell may be returned within 30 days
for a refund of the part price. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless the return is due to our mistake. Since we shipped what the
customer ordered and what was advertised (and explained) on our site,
shipping is not refundable.

Review: I purchased a blower motor resistor part number 973-426. The price was $8.05. The shipping was $3.87. The part burned up and was defective. One option was to order another and return that one as defective afterward. I ordered another part I was in need of along with it, not thinking anything of it. I sent the defective one back and recieved an email that my total credit was $1.09. The price of the part minus $6.62 return shipping. They had determined that the cost for shipping just that part was 6 cents, since I had ordered it along with something else. I don't see how this is fair. Realistically, after paying for the part twice and recieving a disgusting amount of a credit, I've paid $22.75 for this part, plus the run around to return it. I can get it up the road for less than $15, without any hassle. Their return policy is a joke.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my full purchase price for the original part, plus shipping for the original part, that is what a morally straight company would do. Rockauto should also negotiate return shipping into its contracts with manufacturers and distributors, so they can provide customers with better experiences.

Warranties offer only replacement of the defective part with another part: no cash refunds, shipping costs, or other expenses (http://www.rockauto.com/docs/warranty.php). As a courtesy to our customers, RockAuto covers one direction of 2-way shipping when providing a warranty replacement part. Though he is not eligible for a refund on his original order, Mr. [redacted] is eligible for a replacement part under the warranty. He was directed to place a new order to get the replacement part shipped and that he would receive a refund for the replacement part and outbound shipping, once the faulty unit was returned. He would simply need to cover the return shipping cost. Mr. [redacted] chose to order his replacement part along with another item, and used a 5% discount coupon. When we refunded him for the outbound shipping, we refunded a portion of it, based on the incremental increase when multiple items are shipped together. He also chose to generate a return-shipping label using our FedEx Ground service, and approved that cost to be deducted from his refund. The credit itemization is as follows: Part: $8.05 + Original Shipping: $0.06 - Return Shipping Deduction: $6.62 - Discount: $0.40 = $1.09. No further refund is owed.

Response:
As I originally stated, with the amount I have paid out of pocket for the return and replacement of the failed part they sold to me, I would have saved money by just outright purchasing a new part locally and throwing away the failed part. That doesn't portray good customer service, nor is it a good business practice.
Great company. I've ordered from them over 10 times in the last year. Quick shipping and excellent customer service.
Hard to find Kia parts can be found here at the best prices even with shipping and handling, you can't beat their prices. Rock Auto has parts for every kind of automobile. you get your order rather quickly too.
Customer service is exceptional. I've twice had to call Rockauto's customer service, and both times the representative was friendly, and was very helpful. Once was for an ordering mistake I'd made, and it was corrected quickly without further mistakes. The second time was for a missing part from a package - the box had a damaged corner and the part probably escaped during shipping. The support staff asked a few normal questions, but never made me feel like it might have been a false claim or my fault somehow. They sent me another part the same day, and that was it! I've been buying parts from them ever since!
Selection and pricing are well presented. Parts I've ordered in the past always arrived with no problem.
Good quality good service.
I have had a great experience the past few times of ordering from Rock Auto. They were able to save me a decent amount of money on parts for my Acura Integra GSR, in such hard financial times in this country this could not be any more important then right now. The parts that were shipped were of OEM quality if not the same OEM part used on the car which is important for reliability .
This place is great! We have ordered several parts from here and have always been pleased and will continue to order from here and recommend everyone else to do the same!!!
great prices and great service.
I have purchased parts from RockAuto on several occasions. They have always had the part I needed, delivered as promised, priced less than 1/2 dealer price, and provided OM parts.
This is the first time that I've purchased any item out side of Australia for my Aussie '55 Dodge Kingsway.
The whole process worked without a fault, order placed on 12/7/14 & received by me in Australia on 22/7/14.
I'll will most definitely Rock Auto again.
