Great to do business with, cant beat the prices and quality. Order accuracy and efficiency is always awesome!

Review: Today, I got bad news from RockAuto.com. I had ordered two electric motor motors from them last week. They came in two boxes that I threw out. Then today when I tried to install them, I found they didn't have threads in the plates to screw into....just unthreaded holes. Thus can't install them. I called and a representative told me he saw a rebuilt set that had threads. HOWEVER SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE THE BOXES, HE COULD NOT REPLACE THEM. Has anybody here heard of such. I talked to a supervisor about this and he wouldn't budge. So judge whether it worthwhile to ever shop with them. They sent me an incorrect part, and now will not take a return. I'm writing the Authority General of US., Of Texas, plus the Revdex.com of every state. I am expected to suck up 66 dollars. Now I have found a defect in one of the motors. The protective plate that covers tyhe gears , and through which there are holes, it doesn't fit correctly, so that bolts don't fit through. So either the plate is bad, or the base itself. None of such will make a difference to Rockauto....from my experience. No box, no return. The supervisor I talked to said if you wanted to return a T.V, you would have to have the box. Hey, has anybody ever had such happen to them?Desired Settlement: Aaron, the original rep I talked to, said he saw a picture of one they bold (a rebuilt brand) had threads on the base. I'd just like those so I can use them

But the supervisor said he didn't see these. Phew.

All I know is that mine have thgreads and they embossed with Ford Loco.

This customer ordered two power window

motors without threads, as shown in our part listing. We shipped what

was ordered, but two weeks after ordering he let us know he required

motors with threads and wanted to return what he ordered. As our Help

page explains, every part we sell may be returned within 30 days

for a refund of the part price. To receive credit, a returned part

must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's

packaging. Since the customer threw away the manufacturer's part

boxes , these parts can not be returned.

I ordered a part for my cat at a cost of $34. ($10) shipping. The part was not what I was looking for so I sent it back and was refunded $13!!!! When I called to inquire I was told they are not responsible for the shipping (even though they include a return label). So I paid $20 to ship it back?!?!? Stay away from this rip off company.

rockauto has done everthing the shipping is a big mess

This place is the best parts Business in the world. I have never had a problem with any parts that I have ordered. They get it right the first time. I will never go any where else. Thanks Rockauto.

everything as said to be and fast shipping

Ordered parts for an engine repair, however the gasket needed for the repair came shipped separately and had been folded in half, rendering it useless. Customer service only issued a refund for cost of the gasket, and not for the additional shipping costs associated with the item. They in fact denied that there was any shipping cost associated with the item at all. Further they did not offer an apology of any sort for the inconvenience, and could not get a replacement to my door for at least another week. To avoid further delays, I had to order a replacement gasket from a different vendor.

Prices are good, and they ship fast

I have ordered many times and I only had one mistake. The package was broken and a part was missing. I call Rock Auto and the customer service person quickly send another part at no charge for the shipping. They were also very apologetic and hope I would continue to be a future customer. Well hear I am. I must to happy as I just placed another order.

I have been ordering from rock auto for over 7 yrs and I have recommend them to family and friend and everyone loves the price and service they provides. A good company with great prices and good products.

outstanding site fast reliable

I order parts on 1`-7=2015 and wont get them until 1-16-2015 they must be sending them on the pony express not happy

I have dealt with rockauto.com a number of times in the last few years without issue. The parts are always correct and delivery is very speedy. Customer service the one time I needed to talk to them was excellent I will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.

They are very good at what they do. I have been ordering parts from them for over 5 years. They rock!!!
