Excellent part supplier. Always ships quickly, have received the correct parts every time I've ordered. All around great. They deliver on what they say they do: discount parts! Great prices on consumer grade parts. Ever since my first order I've been telling everyone I know to order parts from these folks! You even get a cool refrigerator magnet with your order!

I have been using RockAuto for years now. Only had one problem where the item that was shipped had already been opened. I contacted their customer service and it was pretty much a no questions asked situation. I've been using RockAuto ever since and will continue. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I like rockauto and I personally like raybestos professional grade ball joints they sell better than moog. I have received the wrong part before from their shipment and they got the correct part to my house within two days and I got to talk to someone without a hard to understand accent.

The parts were very easy to look up and the prices were great.

I have ordered several items over the last 2 years for Ford, Chevy, and Dodge cars and pickups, from body parts to engine and drive train and suspension components. I have never had to return one item. All the parts fit and the quality is as good or better than OEM parts. They are also considerably cheaper than through local parts houses such as NAPA, CARQUEST, O'Reilly, ect. I also like the fact that I can select the part manufacturer and have found that most parts houses are offering economy parts at or above premium part prices. The only draw back is shipping time for emergency repairs. My boys and I do almost all of our own repairs and try to schedule them around ordering parts through RockAuto.

Escellent service, and I received what I ordered in perfect condition. The shipping cost was higher than expected, because Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, so it is not to be treated as international shipping. It should be something like Alaska or Hawaii. Puerto Ricans are born american citizens, just like everyone else in any of the states. In fact, Puerto Rico has 3.7 million american citizens, more than 21 states of the union. That is why we have Advance Auto, Autozone, and Pep Boys all over the island. How about joining?
