It clearly states next to the product photo- "This purchase includes a Rockin' VIP SubscriptionAlong with the best pricing available, you will receive many exclusive benefits and offersCall to cancel anytime during your introductory period of days from your purchase and your subscription will be deactivated and you will not be chargedBy purchasing this product you agree to our Rockin’ VIP Terms and Conditions"
This information is also stated on the billing page before the transaction is completed, and again in the order confirmation email the customer received on May ***, which we can provide copies ofWe received no contact from this customer prior to the close of her introductory period, so her subscription was billed and shipped according to her membershipWe received back her package today, and her refund will be processed by our returns departments tomorrowAs we already cover the shipping cost to the customer on all orders, and our VIP program offers a steep discount off of our regular retail price, we can not waive these fees

[I never received the first VIP product which was shipped to me! When I have tried to call the company to explain this, I am re-routed to person after person and the only suggestion made to me was to call FedEx and try to track down the shipmentWhen looking at the tracking number for my shipment it is very clear it never arrived at the Brighton, MI post office and yet I was charged $on 5/9/I wish to be fully refunded for this in form of a check from the company
After I received my first VIP order, which I would like to also point out - did not want to be enrolled in - I immediately called to explain to the company I wished to be no longer enrolled in the VIP club and yet received another charge of $on 6/23/- after I had been told I was canceled from the VIP clubI have also not received this product and IF it does arrive at my PO box, will gladly mark return to sender, however do not expect to pay the restocking fee]

"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">[First the business did not contact me, but I managed to get a hold of someone after a prolonged wait time of plus minutes and tricking their system to get hold of at anyone at allAfter the customer service rep tried to deny they received the returned product, I managed to resolve only part of the issueI received partial refund from Rockin' WellnessAfter returning the product it took about wks to be refunded from this subscription I did not requestThey kept $restocking fee + I had to pay a shipping fee out of pocketAt the moment I am disputing the $charge through my bank because I am trying to get all my money backTo be clear I have not heard anything from Rockin' Wellness directly nor has my bank heard anything as per a recent letter from my bankThank you for your time.]

I have been using Rockin Wellness Products for over years It is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST NUTRITIONAL SMOOTHIE out there! I have tried others to compare - and nothing else tastes as great as Rockin Wellness does I stuck with them during their tough time of getting their act together for shipping & production - and Never once did the QUALITY of the product change - They held true to their outstanding products It was worth the wait & now they are back on a shipping schedule I cannot start my day with my RW smoothie - and no store bought/smoothie bar made one can compare to the taste, nutrition & value that I get from doing it at home!

At this time, I have not been contacted by Rockin' Wellness regarding complaint ID ***I emailed them twice, left a voicemail, and called back a second timeOn the second time, I was finally able to speak to
someoneThey told me I could pay to return the product that I did not order in the first place at my expense and there would be a $restocking fee!! All in all, I am still out $plus for shipping and restocking fees for product that I never ordered or wanted.

Again, I do not understand why there is a charge to file a claim with FedEx when I confirmed with FedEx that the company needs to report that the package was never delivered to the recipient as there is no proof of delivery with no signature provided Why would this company charge me in addition to getting a full credit from FedEx? This company engages in very questionable and unethical practices by enrolling unaware customer into a program and they claiming that the customer was the one who requested the program I feel that I should not be penalized by having to pay any part of the return of a product that was never received nor requested by me, especially since the company can be refunded entirely by Fedex should they choose to file a claim with FedEx

company Rockin' Wellness contacted me via email, they will not call me on the phone, as I asked .....they have not issued all of the money back to me that they charged directly from my debit card per UNAUTHORIZATION, which was for my billsSHOCKING!
They refunded only $which should have been $dollars from the $they charged They charged a $restocking fee for product that was NEVER opened or ordered by meI believe that the company is scamming people. I turned in a complaint to my financial institution proving the charges with
numerous emails of me pleading to call and to stop shipping unauthorized orders repetitively.
