Rocky Mountain Slots

I bought a Konami Machine from Rocky Mountain Slots a few years ago, when I received it, nothing worked on it, to their credit, they sent me all the parts I needed to get it going. I now have an issue with error codes and called them, the lady gave me the number to I believe Ralph, he never called me back. I am willing to pay for the help but I need someone to call me back.

I see the negative review on Rocky Mountain Slots and Im not sure why but I have recently purchased a slot machine from cheri and the customer services was amazing the machine shipped two weeks as she told me on the phone. She waled me throught everything I needded to know about this machine and more she even gave me her personal cell phone number to call any time I had questions so as far as the negitave reviews I guess you cant make everyone happy but the service I got was top notch and the machine looks brand new thanks cheri for all the great customer service I will be buying more machines in the furture

Do not trust this business. Machines were shipped late, lost in transit, incorrectly programed, and Cheri did not seem to care. After a month of trying to correct both machines, numerous phone calls and promises, I had to hire another company to fix them.
