Hello, I left a voice message regarding this case for a [redacted] This applicant was screened back several months ago for a property at the time the applicant was told we were awaiting funds for this unit and if she wanted to wait for this property she could, if not we had several others available that were move in ready right thenShe stated they would wait for this unit as she really wanted this particular propertyRental funds were delayed due to owner IRA, we have received funds and renovations are underway currentlyApplicant is still wanting this unit and she is planning to move in at Sept 5-8th when renovation is completedThere will not be any refunds of the application fee as the application was processedMake it a great day! Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/31) */ In response to your complaint I would first like to apologize for any confusion that occurred in regards to the two orders placed with usPlease find below an explanation of the various points made in your complaint - Difference in the price quoted and the amount authorized on your credit/debit card- Both orders were placed with the same CSR in our call center and apparently she was having difficulty getting the offer code to work in our computer systemThis offer code applies any discounts to the order if applicableOne order reflected the discount and the other did notThis was a mistake on the part of our employee rather than a case of deceptive sales practices and we would have been able to rectify this error if given the opportunity either before or after the order shippedAgain we apologize for the error made and this situation has been reviewed with the CSR who entered the order - Credit card orders are authorized prior to shipping to insure that the credit card is a valid card; we do not receive any money for an authorizationCredit cards are not charged until we ship the merchandise at which time we will receive payment - If the credit card used was actually a debit card (which we have no way of knowing) the dollar amount of the order(s) may be held by the customers bank depending on the terms of agreement with the issuing bank - Even though we received an authorization on the credit card which tells us it is valid credit card on larger orders we also perform an address verification to make sure that we have the correct billing address of the customer before releasing the order to our warehouse for shippingThis is done to protect both the customer and the company from a fraudulent use of a valid card According to our credit card processing company the address provided was not correct so that is why we contacted you to verify this information Per your request the following actions have been taken in regards to your orders- - Both orders were canceled and notification by email was sent with confirmation of this requestNo refund was issued as we never charged your card; authorizations automatically drop off when a transaction is not completedHowever, we did contact our processing company and ask that the authorizations be reversed as soon as possibleAgain this is ultimately up to the issuing bank of the card to drop the authorization and release any money they are holding Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify the issues with your transaction

My name is [redacted] a representative from the [redacted] and writing to you in response to a complaint we received from the customer Juan BarreraThe date of stay was from March 20, to March with a rate of + taxThe claim made against the hotel is and the complaint involves Customer Service IssuesThe customer states that "the room was rented and was not properly cleaned before renting and had blood on walls and towel under the bed with blood." This claim is absolutely and inspection of the room prior to renting was done by our housekeeping and they were sure to inspect and clean every area of the roomNothing was found as described by the customer during the cleaning process and could have only occurred after renting the room to the guest.The guest, Juan Barrera, was not mentally sane and was under the influence of drug like substance during the check in and entire length of the stay and continued to cause minor problems that were immediately serviced and correctedPlease email me back in response to this complaint and what should the next step be to avoid any fees and legal issues pertaining to this guestI have attached a PDF of the document of complaint in this email for your reference and guidance.We hope to hear from you soon via email

We kept [redacted] informed with the situation of the outstanding bill accruing for her vehicleWe did not have any verbal agreement telling her she did not have to pay if the insurance refused toAt no time has [redacted] offered to pay the balance or inquire of the amountThe outstanding bill is ultimately the owner of the vehicleThe insurance company has not issued any payment or has given any time frame of when they may issue any paymentWe contacted our attorney and have prepaired a law suit against [redacted] and [redacted] for liable and Defamation of Character for One million dollarsSubpoena have been drawn and will be served by NYS SheriffWe have also signed harassment charges against the [redacted]

Parkway Inn Tuesday, July 24, Baltimore Pike Springfield, PA Sub: 3rd response to complaint ID [redacted] Dear [redacted] , This is the third response that we are sending concerning the unending complaints of [redacted] This guest made a booking for two nights at our hotel through [redacted] He spent the entire first night at our hotel, and on the second day he stayed at our hotel until about pm If this guest did not like to stay at our hotel beyond the first night of his stay, he should have check out at ELEVEN IN THE MORNING OF THE FOLLOWING DAY Instead he stayed on in his room until TEN IN THE EVENING OF THE SECOND DAY We find it very strange, that now he is coming up all these reasons and allegations Why so? Is it because this guest wants to get a refund after having used our hotel facilities for two days? Guest checked in on 11/17/17, they reported finding a bug on their bedGuest was advised that our hotel had received service (Putnam Pest Company) on 11/20/and we (!Rodeway Inn of Cobleskill, NY) were told by [redacted] Company that there Was no evidence of bedbugs Guest was moved to a different room (Room 238) and then told Front Desk Attendant that there were bed bugs in that room as wellGuest checked out at approximately pm on 11/17/ l am enclosing all paperwork from [redacted] Company regarding Room and the two adjoining roomsWe take all precautions and necessary steps to keep our hotel pest freeAs to their complaint of hotel being 'filthy', they made no mention of any housekeeping issues to General Manager Guest had booked their reservation through Booking.com and in order to receive any type of monetary credit the process is as follows: Guest contacts Booking.com, Booking.com contacts our General Manager on property, then a decision is made as to whether or not a credit/refund is givenPlease feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions or concernsI am available Monday through Friday from 4pm to MidnightTelephone # [redacted]

We charged guest as a no show The consumer booked a room online for the same date that she was booking it Our policy is a hr notice We offered to move date to another future date and the consumer refused

The hotel is disgusting and they do not know the refund policy I book a room at the Rodeway Inn near [redacted] for night based on the website Once I arrived there it was awful The picture on the website are nothing like the actual motel That motel is nasty, dirty, just plain disgusting There is no way I was going to stay there I asked the manager at the front desk about the cancellation policy I was told he did not know what the policy was or how much the cancellation fee was He also told me he has been asked that a lot in the last days and at least times today That speaks volumes about the condition of this motel No one wants to stay there People are cancelling The manager told me to look on choicehotels.com or call choice hotels and they would be able to give me the information I did try finding the information on the website but of course it is not listed I call choice hotels and the women was very rude, could not get my information correct then
