point, that's a 3rd party- at 12:15pm the guest came to the front desk and wanted to stay another night, the guest was asked "will you be using the same Credit Card on file" the response was "yes" then the CC was charged for $97.75 at approximately 12:21pm on May 6th, 2017 which is recorded on our computer system, Attached is the Guest Folio with NO corrections, NO errors, and NO adjustments from a "$105.00" rate to a "$97.75" rate AT NO POINT was there a $100 cash bill given to thee manager- and as for the guest "pre-paying" for the room on Hotels.com is false and selected the option to pay at the property (reason for CC on file), furthermore our staff is trained to answer the company phone using there First name and proper greeting.... The Rodeway INN downtown North, is taking this accusation from "[redacted]" to be false and a flat out lie and considered closed - there was NO issue with this guest until checkout at 10:15am May 7th 2017 where the claim of being charged twice begun

[redacted]If you had given us our vehicle back when we told you on Wednesday. We could have had our mechanic fix the issue. You kept refusing and putting us off. My husband even told you [redacted] we wanted our car and you told him no.  You only paid for the second invoice because you got a letter from [redacted]. Otherwise you never would have agreed to do so. You had no right to act on my behalf. I wasn't askingyou to have my vehicle repaired if it was out of warranty. I was told 6 months.  Never 6,000 miles. Otherwise i would have never called you to have the vehicle checked out. You caused this issue by not giving me my vehicle back.

Many times guests themselves bring the insects from outside as the hotel has a large landscaped area along with a lot of trees and bushes.• Hotel windows do not open but as the hotel is situated close to the beltway on one side and by the major in-town street there may be some noise during the day due to heavy vehicles. Hotel cannot control some of the street noises or noise from a fire truck or an ambulance siren.• Hotel doors are the standard sized doors as per industry Standards.• Hotel Bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2014 and 2015. Therefore possibility of rust would be questionable, -• Hotel has its carpets cleaned and shampooed on a quarterly basis. We have also just within the last 3 months renovated all of our rooms and we are in the process of getting our carpets cleaned.• We understand that our front desk agent was on the phone when you arrived at the hotel. Let me assure you that our front desk agents take incoming calls and make reservations over the phone. We do not take personal calls and are very professional. We would not ignore any guest that enters our hotel. • It is not required by the brand to offer breakfast, what we have to offer is also explained to all guests when checking in to the hotel. If for some reason it was not explained to the guest, we do have a sign next to the front desk that states what we have to offer. This is the third response that we are sending concerning the unending complaints of [redacted].
 
This guest made a booking for two nights at our hotel through [redacted].
 
He spent the entire first night at our hotel, and on the second day he stayed at our hotel until about 10.00 pm.
 
If this guest did not like to stay at our hotel beyond the first night of his stay, he should have check out at ELEVEN IN THE MORNING OF THE FOLLOWING DAY.
 
Instead he stayed on in his room until TEN IN THE EVENING OF THE SECOND DAY.  
    
We find it very strange, that now he is coming up all these reasons and allegations.
 
Why so? Is it because this guest wants to get a refund after having used our hotel facilities for two days?
 
As far as we are concerned, this is a fraudulent claim that does not merit any further attention.

To Whom It May Concern: We are writing in regards to complaint#[redacted], regarding a former guest at our property.  This guest had stayed with us during the month of December 2017, and has not been welcomed back.  We have read the guest's claims, but they are not...

truthful.  This guest listed several dates that we supposedly had operational issues such as "Dec 3rd, we had no heat" that is completely false as there were 15 rooms occupied that evening with a total of about 30 guests in those rooms, and no one that stayed that night had any complaints.  This guest also, did not complain.  This guest also stated "Dec 9th there was a loss of hot water, which also is not true.  We had 15 rooms occupied that evening as well, with 26 guests in house, and not a single person reported not to have hot water.  And finally "Dec 28th Loss of Power", there were 17 rooms occupied with 34 guests in house, and again, not a single guest came to the staff to complain about not having power in the room. This guest is a local person from the area and is now currently staying at an independent motel next door to our property.  He actually was loitering and soliciting in our lobby and parking lot yesterday, asking the manager for $5.00 because he had no money and needed it.  When the manager told him no and to leave the property, he became upset and continued to ask other guests that were in the lobby area for $5.00.  The manager told him to leave or we would have to call the police.  He finally left, but made sure to yell back to the manager that he would be calling every agency he could to get his money back.  This person is blatantly making false claims against us so that he can get money back.  We have proof that other guests were staying in the hotel on the same dates and can furnish that information if necessary.  This complaint is not valid, it simply is untrue, and we could take legal action against this person if they continue to file false reports. Best Regards,[redacted]Manager

OKAY,  I HAVE REFUNDED $20.00 BAK TO OUR CREDIT CARD.

WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Unclean unkempt broken furniture dirty amenities severe slant in bed rude customer service FALSE ADVERTISING no wi-fi no complimentary breakfast few cable channels one with constant [redacted]. Heard they had bed bugs unfortunately after I stayed there. Was itchy all night slept in my clothes would not give me a refund so I could go somewhere else gave me another less gross room but was still bad checked out early next morning and went to Days Inn. Not worth the $70 ...maybe $10 maybe. This hotel needs to be shut down and not falsely advertised on hotel booking websites.

We charged guest as a no show.  The consumer booked a room online for the same date that she was booking it.  Our policy is a 24 hr notice.   We offered to move date to another future date and the consumer refused.

I am responding to you regarding the complaint by [redacted] for his stay at my hotel on 11/08/17. First of all, he stayed at my hotel for 2 nights, and if he found on first day itself all the issues why he didn't came to the office asked for the refund and got checked out next day....

Instead he stayed there for 2 full nights and when he complained for hot water, I sent my house keepers to go check on it but he said that is ok for me. And I just want to let u know on the same day at my hotel there were 22 other rooms which were rented but unfortunately nobody complaint about it. And as he mentioned about the smoke detectors, every rooms in my hotel has smoke detectors installed. But as Room [redacted] is specifically smoking room so some previous customer might have took it off due to too much of smoke due to smoking in the room.What I feel about this is to just get the money back after staying at my hotel for 2 nights. I hope this explains everything and please get back to me if you have questions.Thanks,Sagar P[redacted]

This hotel is infested with bed bugs and has a belligerent manager who harasses his customers.
We, as the customers, were harassed by the manager and had to leave the hotel before the night out of fear of our own safety and security. Without any reason, the manager yelled like an uncivilized person making false accusations about another broken item that we never touched, and did nothing to alleviate the problem of bed bugs in our room. He treated us in a extremely indecent, sub-human manner that is not acceptable. He rejects these true facts that we state because he is a liar.
Do not stay here!

Thank you for having faith and approaching us to provide the other side of the dispute. The guest checked in on 19th June 2015 at 8 PM and requested for a king size bed and extra amenities in the room for which usually hotel charges extra....

However, our front desk people offered free upgrade considering the occupancy level and offered king size bed instead of standard room which is a room with basic facilities which the guest reserved.The guest went to the room happily and stayed for 2 nights and checked out silently on 20th June without dropping the keys or letting us know about the checkout. The price which was mentioned by the client it was paid to [redacted] (website through which guest booked the room) and had not paid us anything in extra,
After leaving the premises the guest might have complained providing fake details. If the room was so nasty (as he described) how could he stay in the room for 2 days.
This is completely unacceptable for us too. We are from service industry and believe that Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. However, unfortunately customers take advantage of the same.

Was not a grease stain I have worked for a hospital and that was  blood a water mark is,usually a brownish color not black if they,was a leak,from up,stairs it qould,have been closer to the nath and sink not over bed I do have pictures he did offer a new cover for the board but I was checking out I didn't need a new board or cover at that time

had roach crawling I offer to move him Sunday Morning, there checkout date was Monday morning 11:00 am the 18th. He said no that they didn't want to move and if I could comp. or discount a room. I mention I am offering to move you and your declining.
On Monday morning, he came back up said they Ms. [redacted] will be making another reservation I told him that I have to move you I move Mrs. [redacted] to room 147 2 beds.
Her full stay she had service 1 day, and a N/S third day. Her forth day she was move to a clean room.
Sorry but I am not able to refund or give a voucher as she declined to change rooms when she made new reservation front desk had her change room. Room was put out of order for pest control.

The room was not serviced the first day, only after we moved into a clean room the fourth day. I never declined changing rooms, but I expressed my hardship in moving all of my things from one room to the next because it took me hours just to get settled in. Since I had so many things, I expressed the difficulty in moving in such a short amount of time in addition to having my two kids with me. The room they moved us into was exactly the same as the one before (2 queen beds). I was never offered any help, and after several trips to the front desk (plus attitude from management), I was never able to get any towels or items needed for the room. I had to go buy towels and toilet paper. They would not even furnish me a receipt upon asking several times. They were rude and less than hospitable, not to mention the bugs we found inside the room. I would still like to pursue a refund or voucher for the 4 days stay at another Rodeway location.
