I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
When they took the vehicle away from me I was told that every week they get a new shipment of the same vehicle but without the tinted windows , nitrogen air filled tires , and they would save one for me for the following week. When I went back [redacted] which was the original gentlemen who made the deal with me the first time told me that they receive shipments once a month. The question I asked all of them was if I did not qualify for the rebates now to get the car for 11,500 why would I qualify in one week or one month? The extra additions were considered a package of 2995.00 which given their mistake they should have given me the 2999.00 additions at half price and the car at 11,500.00.  I even offered to pay half price for that package but they just don't want to sell me the car for $11,500.00. I went out there two additional times per their request and yet they keep trying to sell me the car for $18,000 to $20,000 dollars. [redacted] dealt with me the last visit I had instead of [redacted] ( the gentlemen who contacted me after I placed the complaint) and told me if I wanted to wait 4 months to let him know. Basically they want me to get discouraged and go somewhere else. Tony did tell me to just buy a car from someone else if I did not want to wait 4 months. I find it ridiculous that they had me there for 3 hours on my last visit to accomplish nothing and try to sell me the car for that high amount. They all contradicted themselves continuously.

We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers
each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with challenges. When
regularly selling over 400 new Hyundai’s and Preowned vehicles per month
misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time.
While we work diligently to arrange the best possible financing for our
customers by working with a multitude of lenders, we apologize if our efforts
lowered your score. Thankfully, we can assure you that any impact on your
credit score would be short-lived.
In regards to the additional down payment this was a lender requirement, not
ours. It would have been applied to your balance due, reduced your financed
amount and substantially reduced your monthly payment.
Lastly, as per your conversation with Tony [redacted] we will be reimbursing you for
your expenses incurred in customizing the vehicle while in your possession.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I have spoken with several people at the dealership and they originally told me otherwise.  Their story changed over time.  Regardless of what the paperwork says, they should honor the agreement.
When a business uses deception to make a sale it is fraud.  Ron Carter does fraudulent tranactions and I am more than willing to give them the attention by exposing this to the public.  What they should do is to cancel the lease and relieve me of the lease.  It is shameful is have been scammed.  I plan to make this public soon.
What Ron Carter does extremely well is to defraud their customers.  It is only a matter of time before this type of business practice and exposed.  Christian the General Sales manager, Kerry M[redacted] the Business Manager and others involved will be held accountable for fraudulent tactics.  This matter will be investigated and legal action will be taken.
Quit messing with people's lives Ron Carter.  We all know what was said and agreed.  Be a man and be honest.  Dishonesty will only ruin you.
Your continued arrogance amazes me.  Fraud does not prevail over time.  It is like a bubble ready to burst to be exposed.  All it needs is the investigation to bring it to light for all to see.  Pat yourself for doing a Bernie Madoff.

ZERO STARS! Seriously stay away, do yourself a favor. Everyone I spoke to was rude and cocky. I only purchased my Hyundai from them because of how desperate my situation was. Tommy and Mike straight lied to my faceon several occasions while having a huge smile on their face. When I went back the next day to pick up some paperwork, Tommy offered to top of the gas before I left, I thought well that's the least they could do after all the [redacted] they fed me the day before. He comes back and tells me, "There must be something wrong with it because I filled it up but it doesn't show." Not only do they lie, but he and Mike really treat their customers like they are [redacted]. Worst car buying experience ever. I will NEVER return and highly discourage anyone from going, unless you're into being degraded.
