Rooms to Go delivered incorrect furniture, their delivery service was disrespectful and the company didn't provide a proper solution
Two years ago I bought a leather bonded sleeper sofa from Rooms to Go Since then the leather gradually began to strip off the sofa In early July I went to Rooms to Go with pictures of the stripped leather and they told me they no longer carry leather bonded sofas because of this very issue and exchanged my sofa for a new leather sleeper sofa I exchanged the new sofa on July but they did not have any in stock and therefore had to deliver it on Sept On Septthey delivered a damaged sofa, which of course we did not acceptI was ok with this and made arrangements for a new delivery date and asked only that it be delivered prior to Octbecause we have a guests coming to stay with us that need the sleeper sofa Today Rooms to Go delivered the sofa and in exchange were to take my old one, yet once in my apartment I noticed the fabric on

Poor customer service after initial purchase, bad quality of furniture
I purchased the Cottage Colors loft bunk bed and paid cashUpon delivery of the bed the screws were not compatible, there were multiple deep scratches on the exterior rails, hand rails as well as a deep crack in the top step of the bedI contacted the store directly and spoke with Helen who stated that she could not assist me but her manager Vanessa would call me promptly as she was assisting a new customerhours later I called back and Vanessa never received my message and said that all sales are final however she would see what she could doWhile on hold for over minutes sales people picked up my line and asked who I was holding for as I'm sure they are so focused on making that commission that they could care less about what happens once you've purchased their poor quality furnitureVanessa comes back on the line only to tell me that if she is able to do a refund it will take 6-weeks for the check

My formal complaint about rooms to go is that they are over charging me for a bedroom set I leased
My agreement for rooms to go regarding my bedroom set was total payout for the furniture was around 1700$I have paid already close to 1500$ with my monthly installments I agreed too my last few payments should pay off the bedroom setwhen I called to see how much I had left on my agreement they informed me I still 1700$ left to pay off and what I was pay was just the interestI was never informed of any interest while paying on my agreementThat means my total agreement would have been around 3400$If that was the case I would have never agreed to lease their product and took my business else where

I have no idea how Rooms to Go has an A+ rating That seems impossibleI just looked at a list of reviews on the internet, and it was a long list of NOTHING BUT one star ratings Only the review at the top gave them four stars I am now adding my name to the list of one stars
I bought a beige couch from them maybe two months ago I was worried about the color, but was assured by the salesperson that I did not have to worry; they gave it a good pre treatment and they guaranteed that If a stain did not come out, they would come clean it, and if that did not work, they would replace the cushion
I noticed a brown spot recently It looked like dirt to me I was not concerned, because dirt should have come right up Unfortunately, it did not budge with the cleaning solution they provided to me I called and requested service They showed up with a bottle of all purpose cleaner, and could not get the spot up either In the time between the phone call and when they could actually come, there was also a tiny spot on another cushion that looked like ink, perhaps from a pen in someone's pocket He tried to get that out, too Neither stain came out

I would also like to point out that, after two months, I already have three or four "picked" areas where the thread is coming loose We live in a house with three adultsOur pets are not allowed on the furniture I have furniture that I have owned for DECADES that do not have snags in them, yet this already has them after only two months
