Delivery was scheduled for 1/24/18, after many lies and excuses the furniture was delivered on 1/26/at 6:AMFurniture was delivered damaged
Received a phone call on 1/23/notifying that the truck had broken down and will now be receiving my furniture on 1/24/between 5PM & 9PM instead of 1-5pmThe furniture was not deliveredDid not hear back from them until 7:20AM on 1/25/to inform me that they will be at my home in minsI was already at workCalled customer service and they flat out lied to me and told me that they would deliver my order at 6pm that eveningThe truck driver called me and told me that there was no way he could make it back from Long Island before 10pm and that they knew thatHe could deliver my order was 1/26/at 6AMI lost a day of work on 1/24/waiting for a delivery that did not come and countless hours trying to reschedule a delivery for said order only to receive goods that are damaged and must be replaced because they do not refund

Delivery was scheduled for Saturday April between and 5pmWe did receive updates that the delivery driver was behindSecond phone call stating that the delivery was pushed to and 8pmI was okay with this time then around 6pm received a third phone call stating that the delivery was pushed to to pmAgain no problem as long as I receive my stuffAround pm a fourth call came in stating that delivery would not happen and that I would receive a one hour advance call today Sunday April thWhen I proceeded to ask questions their representative hung up on meI have contacted them several times in the past hours and all the response I receive is that they do not know when my furniture will be deliveredI paid a good amount of money for this delivery and the dateTime frame was negotiableMy family and I are currently sitting on the floor seeings how I was under the impression that I would have my furniture that I paid for would be here by nowI have missed church

Delivery and Customer Service Issues
My husband and I ordered the following on Labor Day 2016: loveseat, sofa, dining room table and chairs, coffee table, and end table Our loveseat and sofa were to be delivered on 9/24/ When we hadn't seen them by 1pm, we called the local store only to discover we had no delivery schedule for that day because somehow a person in TN's information had been put on our order instead of oursPlease keep in mind, we purchased this furniture through the in store financing option of 60months at 0%, so the store had all of my accurate information The store managers on duty that day were not helpful or even returned our calls with a new delivery dateWe had sold our old couches at that point and had family coming in within daysThe earliest they could get it to us was 9/They called my husband at 1pm to say it would be there within an hour...it didn't show up until 9pmSo my husband missed half a day of work for nothingWe were assured that

The delivery service
I purchased two sofas on 07/04/I specificity told the sales then to deliver the furniture after 5pmPer their policy they are suppose to call two days in advance before the items will be deliverI did not get a call until the day offI find this every unprofessional!
