We were clear on the delivery date and time at the time of purchaseWe were told we could setup a time up till pm CST
We were sold the product using deceptive practiceThe sales person understood we had a limited time slot for delivery which was after 4: He replied we could setup the time until pm CST and that they would call and set it up In real time they set it and text you When I tried to call them back (calls) it was a busy signalWhen I finally got through they stated it was too late to make any changes and I'd have to wait an additional hours and reschedule I told them I started calling as soon as they sent a text they said they have been having phone issues But were still not wiling to work on the time That they only deliver to certain areas at certain times This was not what was told at the time of purchase

Scheduled a day off for delivery1st delivery of coffee table revealed one of the top corners was busted Called customer service Said they couldn't pickup and swap until a week later Meanwhile, they have already charged for the items 2nd delivery, top corner was also busted Driver left the table (in the box) in my living room Customer service says yet another week and yet another day for me to have to stay home from workI refused and asked for refund They informed me that because I bought as part of a package deal, they would have to charge me more for the other furniture if I removed the tables Worst customer service I have ever experienced Current resolution is that the store will have a unit assembled and ready for me to pickup in yet another week Still no refund or discount on either the furniture or the delivery/setup fees

I have been in dispute with TDRCS/Rooms To Go for the last yrs regarding a late payment that is incorrect I spoke with the representative on the day the payment was submitted and I was advised it was on time and was made on the day the payment was due however on my next statement I received a late charge when I called about it I was transferred to a manager who was extremely rude and advised they would not reflect my account as paid on time and there was nothing they were going to do about it regardless if for over a year all other payments were on time and the manager stated they "were in their rights to do so"this derogatory mark was removed from equifax yet it remains on Experian and Transunion and I would like it removedI know that I did nothing wrong and I question the motive of the individuals insisting that this negative mark remain, when this could have easily been resolved

I visited RTG on Saturday, 10/08/after doing the research and getting the knowledge I needed to make an educated mattress purchaseI had available credit to make the purchase I wanted, however, the sales person that assisted me, Gino T., discussed RTG credit with a zero percent interest and months to pay off my purchase inBecause my credit cards do have an interest rate, I was open to the option of zero percent and no penalty for early pay-offI asked Gino if this would be a hard inquiry on my credit and he replied "no, what they do is take a snap shot of your credit and base it off of that." -to get out of bed at pm to receive couch they said would be delivered between 7am - 10pm
-a couch in a color you didn't order
-to wait again a week later till am because they said the delivery truck "is one stop away from yours, and your couch will be delivered tonight."
-to be deceived, because they never showed up last night
The manager apologized today, offered a $store credit, and said to wait next week to reschedule again
A miserable experience with a crappy furniture company What a joke!
