delivery not complete, missing cables
sofa bought back on of January ,delivery days latter missing a cable that I was told would be shipped out .never arrived called 1800# and have been sent different cables since none being the correct cable .went to store of purchase and was told a tech would be sent a week later he showed up took a picture and said a cable would be sent out, a week later nothingmonths since purchase and still unable to use sofa very sad !

The company sold me a defect mattress with an years waranty and when I went to the store the told me they will give me 100% the money back when they pick the mattress.After weeks they picked the mattress I haven't get the $back..when I call then they dont know anything about the money or can provide me a number so I can call someone to resolve this matter

This was a disaster from the start (the only good part was I was the 1stDelivery of the day) from there everything went downhill REAL FAST !!!
The Helper delivery guy (Jose) was extremely Rude right from the start complaining about the rain and became verbally abusive to the point of using profanity towards meCalling me out of my name with profanity It's as if he was talking his Monday Morning fit out on his first customer (who knows what the next days worth of customers had to deal with) NOTE: he was formally Reported to Customer Service and I'd like to hear back ASAP regarding what has been done TO HIM about his behavior !!!
The Driver (who shall remain Nameless only because he remained professional) backed the delivery truck into my Mailbox destroying the box & post which happened shortly after the run In with the helper Jose who stayed in the truck and did nothing to assist the driver when he put the truck in reverseIt was if the drizzle was to much of an inconvenience for JoseAll of this left me No Choice but to call the Police & file a accident report which is still being processed and I am also awaiting Rooms to Go to call me back for the damages and the way to a resolution
Not only this but HALF of the delivery wasn't even on the truck so I had to reschedule the remaining furniture to be delivered at another time

Please be aware that their was recently litigation concerning the preventative stain plan from RTG We purchased this a year ago for over $and received the judgement that many items were not treated at all I have no doubt that we were one of these consumers who were ripped off In return we recieved 1/of our money back thru credit Guess I'll buy a fifty dollar pillow When they did come out to look at the stains, they were convinced that it was not food or drinks so it was not covered Another example of big business rip off ! We purchased over K of furniture at the time, so in the big picture maybe $isn't much, but it's very frustrating I'll never do business with them again, but I will get my damn pillow

I have had multiple services and exchanges on my king size bedroom and the product is of poor quality

RTG changed my delivery time for the day and is now saying they cannot deliver for another days

very short KING size matress
Early April or End of March we decide to go for a new mattress ,
we decided to stop to the local Rooms to Go store at the Sawgrass
Mills Mall in Sunrise FL , treatment was excellent and we purchased a

We purchased a Jamestown Reclining Sofa & Reclining Console Loveseat from Rooms To Go on June 20, that were delivered on July 3rd, In less than months, I started experiencing severe back pains for which I have spent thousands of dollars in medical bills to treat a herniated disc with no resolution to this day
I came to the conclusion that the sofas were the issue when several guests complained to me that they were very stiff after sitting for a while There is zero lumbar support and the legrests are extremely hard to push down and require an incredible amount of force My year old step daughter that is in good shape & exercises daily could barely stand straight after watching a movie while sitting on the recliner I started putting & together and determined that the sofa was the culprit
