Got Broken knob of dresser deliveredon phone customer care confirm they will fix it and mailed it, no one show up its been a month now
Kids Dresser delivered with broken knobwe reported this in store and on phone as wellNo one is there to replace the knob We pay for new things and got broken things , this is really disappointing

We paid $for leather sofa, loveseat and recliner, the seat cushions are defective and have gone flat with no support, product is less than a year old

We love our furniture we bought from the Pembroke Pines location of Rooms To Go We have been shopping there for years and everyone is always so nice

First & last purchase with Rooms To Go Ordered chase loungers for our new home They delivered We received a text a few hrs after the delivery guy left to let us know we could expect the other chase lounger in weeks I called the customer service department who told me there was not a truck in our delivery area until then (they are in Houston) (we are in Austin)....I highly doubt that.....but, anyway, Rooms To Go sucks, please find what you want on-line and don't mess with these people They have no desire to make the customer happy and an apology don't fix sitting on the floor!

Roomstogo has had knowledge of this defect (just look at this site alone with consumers that have the same issue) and still today is advertising to the public

We were completely satisfied with our Rooms To Go furnishings and service There was a miscommunication in the sectional we purchased, and Carly immediately corrected it, without a charge It was picked up and the new one delivered right away and the two leather recliners are beyond comfortable Carly was absolutely the best- pleasant, knowledgeable, and so very helpful

On January 8th, I purchased a couch & chaise for $at the Rooms-2-Go Outlet in Columbus, GA and was very pleased with the price of the pieces I used my R2G financing, since I have used it previously and it was easy I received my statement today and what the salesperson who put my order together, the cashier and the manager who approved my purchase failed to mention is that you have to spend $1,to get promotional pricing at a R2G outlet, unlike the retail stores which will get you the best promotional pricing they can automaticallySo now I've got to pay it off (because Synchrony Bank doesn't let you transfer your card balance to VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) in days or be charged the predatory 30% until it is

Worst experience I have dealt with, I purchased a recliner online and within a few months the mechanism brokeI contacted Rooms to Go and they sent out a technician a week later to my house to evaluate the recliner he deemed in fact it needed to be repairedCool so he orders the part and replaces it a few weeks laterwell a few weeks go by after repairs were made and it's broken again, sent out another technician and he said it can't be repaired so I waited a week later for the assessment to be sent in and they said I was able to do a "Re-Selection" so essentially I would receive a credit of what I paid for the recliner, awesome no problem I went to the local store this time so I could see the build quality instead of purchasing onlineI went picked out a new more expensive recliner paid cash scheduled a delivery and felt pretty good about upgrading to a better reclinerWell I received an email from internet sales,

SO this concerned me, called and apparently the store incorrectly charged me and now I need to pay an additional fee of $58, after contacting multiple departments of which I requested to speak to a supervisor and told there wasn't one I'm basically screwed and need to pay the additional amountSo because there's three departments that can't communicate properly it's my fault I was incorrectly charged, I've been EXTREMLY easy going about the whole situation up until this pointSo now I requested a refund which still is in question on how or when I will receive it?!?! I was trying to spend more money and forgive the bad experience and upgrade, now I'm stuck with a broken $recliner and poor customer service experiencenot a smart way of trying to continue business with someone, did anyone offer to say they messed up on the price of $no! It took Rooms To Go attempts to deliver a dining set and it had damage after I explicitly requested the set be inspected BEFORE it was delivered
The dining set (table and chairs) was originally delivered on 12/missing two legs and one of the chairs was scratched I sent it back with the delivery truck I registered my complaint with store and customer service (1-800-ROOMSTOGO as well as too ***@roomstogo.com Rooms To Go then rescheduled the second delivery for days later (12/18) between 4pm-8pm Prior to the second delivery, I instructed Rooms To Go customer service and store personnel to ensure the table contained all part and that there was no damage BEFORE it was delivered to me the second time On the day of the second delivery, I received a call at 6:30pm that due to "issues" they could not deliver my dining set and that it would be rescheduled for the next day (12/19) I again registered my complaint with store 2105, customer service at 1-800-ROOMST

I purchase two different set of living room setsThe first set I purchased in That living rooms set started peeling in
The second set I purchased in April 30, and that set is peeling
Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this problem
