After less than three years of home use the leather on my sofa is rubbing off and my paid for extended warranty won't cover it
We purchased a Cindy Crawford motion sofa and two love seats in I recently noticed that an area on the center cushion of the sofa was getting lighter as if the dark gray was being rubbed offThis cushion is the least used because it is the center and is stationaryThe arms of the right and left side of the couch are also showing this loss of integrity After paying extra for an extended policy, I called the warranty repair service thinking the extra money paid Was money well spentThey sent out a technician who took pictures and said I would be contactedSeveral days later I did get a call but I was not satisfied with the answerSince this was not a stain but a failure of the product my extended policy would not cover it
I paid too much money for a leather sofa for it to "wear out" in less than three years!

We would like to be able to exchange/return our mattress
