Avoid delivery services from Rooms To GoThe delivery crew destroyed my hickory floors, the stair nosing, and the stringer board on my staircaseI was left with a broken wood stringer and gouges in the woodTo make matters worse, the crew did not bring all of the parts necessary to assemble the twin over full bunkbed with trundle that I purchasedThey advised that the necessary parts would be ordered and delivered directly to my house, then I would have to call to reschedule assemblyHowever, the parts assembled by this delivery crew were also damaged beyond repair and the entire bunkbed will have to be replacedit looks like thrift furniture
