We have reviewed the complaint from [redacted] *** Our site is working perfectlyWe have discovered that [redacted] has created two accounts on Roomster using two different login credentialsAs you can see she created one account in and the other in but she logged into both account on using the same ip address, but with different logins credentials, her account using [redacted] login linked to " [redacted] " is the account that she upgraded using [redacted] she has had full and uninterrupted access to that accountThis is a typical case of user error & confusionIts a shame that the Revdex.com must waste time on things like this, when Jessica Wells could have easily contacted us using our 24/support help deskWe could have easily straightened this out for herOur company should not have this derogatory note on our record and if anything we should get an apology from [redacted] ***(we have canceled the subscription and issued a full refund despite this being user NOT company errorplease see the two accounts with details and last logins below) [redacted] [redacted] ( [redacted] Login)HaveShare [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from [redacted] The “hidden folder/page” as customer call it is in the Roomster app menu, and as you can see yourself (please, see the “App Menu” screenshot) this folder is very visible, has the same size, the same font as all other folders in the menuSo, clearly the statement, that we have a hidden folder is a false We state all the information about renewals on the Payment page, Also, we sent message to the Helpdesk with a reminder and instructions how to cancel subscription and we sent a receipt to a customer’s email with the same information (please, see the “Receipt” screenshot) We received chargebacks from the PayPal, we declined the chargebacks and provided all the documentation to the PaPal Customer is not eligible for any refunds We consider this matter is closed
