To Whom It May Concern: We received a **customer complaint letter from user [redacted] , registered with Roomster as [redacted] with assigned ID# *** The user is requesting refunds that we are unable to process The user charged back both transactions: Mar **, Temporary Hold To [redacted] -$USD Mar **, Temporary Hold To [redacted] -$USD We are unable to process refunds on charged back transactions Name: [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]

This individual has created several account on Roomster using many different email and login credentialsThis is a typical example of a customer who is confusedWe found an account under the name " [redacted] ***" using email address " [redacted] " This customer has canceled her own subscription on this account on 6/*/1:06:PM no other action is requiredShe was contacting helpdesk in an account that did not have any billing under the name " [redacted] ***" with email address [redacted] Its too bad that a customer has to make untrue and statements to the Revdex.comWe consider this matter closed and a waste of the Revdex.com's time

We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from [redacted] *** She canceled her subscription after scheduled renewal took place (see screenshot “Billing”), even though she was informed that she has to cancel her subscription before Sunday, August **, to prevent any future billing (see screenshot “Receipt”)All charges were authorizedShe agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy [redacted] We state the information about future renewals and instructions how to cancel the subscription on a Payment Screen (see screenshot “Payment Screen”) When she contacted the Helpdesk account representative provided all the information about renewals To see documents please use links below: [redacted] We consider this matter is closedTell us why here

[redacted] ***, ( [redacted] ) makes some pretty outlandish assumptions AS and FYI, Every sign up on Roomster is created by someone using their [redacted] login, so [redacted] must be in on itWe already issued a credit for the last charge as a courtesyWe consider this matter closed

To Whom It May Concern: We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from [redacted] She contacted us yesterday about the last renewal of her subscriptionWhen we checked her account, we saw that she did cancel her subscription before second renewal, but for some reason, PayPal didn't process the cancellation of her subscriptionWe have explained that to her and we immediately issued a full refund of the last transaction(see screenshot “Helpdesk”) This is shocking that person wrote a complaint after we have fixed the issue! We consider this matter is closed and waist of Revdex.com time

[redacted] 's version of what transpired is completely inaccurateWe would never charge your card without your permission and authorization, please note the Proof of purchase taken on 5:37:PM and the Receipt that we emailed you on 5:37:PM to [redacted] We also sent a message to this 24/support page on 5:37:PM thanking you again for your payment and a reminder to cancel your subscription with instructions and a link "Your subscription can be canceled at any timeThere is a link to manage your subscription right on this page." Facts:1.she did sign up and agree to the subscription service on 5:37:PM 2.she canceled her subscription without any problem herself on 7:12:PMshe contacted on our helpdesk on 7:56:PM4.we responded to her on **:18:AM and issued a full refundshe deleted her account on 2:09:PM undefined [redacted] **The refund on this account had already been issued before we received this letter from the Revdex.comThis customer was reactive and complained to the Revdex.com before we had a chance to respondThis has been a waste of both ours, and the Revdex.com's time.We consider this matter closed

We recieved a custmomer complaint letter from user [redacted] with assigned ID [redacted] As a courtesy to the user, we have refunded the last transaction of $29.95, even though the premium membership was cnceled after the scheduled renewal took place /> [redacted] Thank you

[redacted] makes some untrue statements in her report to the Revdex.com, she claims that she was renewed before her days were up, untrueShe purchased on 8:05:AM, that's more then hours, or daysShe contacted us on SUNDAY 10:51:PM We have also issued her a refund for her last charge, which we would have done anyway.Its a shame that people feel the need to jump and get so reactive and file a complaint with the Revdex.com, when the company has not done anything wrong, and had not been given the adequate chance to respondWe have issued the refund and consider this matter closed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] and [redacted] are two usernames that I have encountered[redacted] Please delete their accounts promptlyDoing this does not solve the problem thoughThere are cases in Texas, California, Chicago, and New York in addition to DCThere is not a small amount of postings either in these statesClaims of up to half of all the listings in mentioned areas have been roomster affiliates [1]Most of my inquires in DC have been to roomster affiliates.Regarding the blame of affiliate actions, you take on that responsibility when you accept them as an affiliateSimply stating that this is not your responsibility because it is your affiliates actions, not your own, and that you gave them a warning not to do it is incorrectYour affiliates are an extension of your product and brandDue to there being massive amounts of very detailed postings that are almost impossible to determine as fake on [redacted] locations across the United States, you are obviously not doing a good enough job enforcing your affiliate program's rulesA solution to this would be to 1) adopt and enforce a preventative policy against [redacted] posting rather than the current, ineffective, reactive one and 2) clean up the existing roomster postings that are currently on [redacted] [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
