I have not received any type of refundI cancelled the subscription on /**/On 8/*/I checked my bank account and saw a transaction from Roomster pending, I immediately started looking for a number to call them and let them know about my account I then sent them a message on the website because that is the only way you can address billing issues (which is absurd to me because if I am using your business then I should be able to talk to someone over the phone ) When they did respond they said I cancelled on 8/*/ I told them I would contact my lawyer and decided to check their reviews and that is when I found out that they have done this several timesSo, after waiting to hear back from them and not getting a response I decided to contact the Revdex.comI want a full refund because I have been trying to contact them since August *, and it was after I informed them that I reported them to the Revdex.com that they said something about a prorated refundRoomster has also remove my account and claim that I said something inappropriate to one of their customer service representative (which is completely )The only thing I want is a full refund and Roomster will never have to worry about me using their site again.

This customer, is claiming that she did not know anything about the subscription, renewals and sites a complaint board page from other people who make the same inaccurate statementplease see the *** order which was created by her, not on Roomster but on *** and the receipt that we sent

us through the helpdesk and account representative has explained to her that her account has a full access and why status showing is being inactiveShe purchased a subscription through ***, not through usShe should look at the subscription status at her *** account She was completely ignoring what account representative have told herHer statement, that she wasn’t sure that her subscription is active is a lie because she has been using upgrade features and she keep using these features even after submitting a Revdex.com complaintHer user log clearly shows it(please, see the “User Log” screenshot) She made in app purchase, all transactions were done by ***, not by usWe do not even have her card information She had to cancel her Roomster subscription within her *** accountHad she done it, all billing would have ended and *** wouldn’t charge her card anymore. subscription before second renewal, but for some reason, PayPal didn't process the cancellation of her subscriptionWe have explained that to her and we immediately issued a full refund of the last transaction(see screenshot “Helpdesk”). This is shocking that person wrote a complaint after we have fixed the issue! We consider this matter is closed and waist of Revdex.com time

And we have issued her a pro-rated refund right away, even before receiving this letter from the Revdex.com.
