I ordered a side mirror for my car, it arrived a week later in good condition It was fully functional when installed on my car They delivered as promised!

They, that is all accurate and validCustomer was charged $for the product, $for the surcharge to ship from USA to Canada, and a onetime non-refundable $order processing fee that is charged to all customers at the time of SaleWe have the complete recorded sales call of the customer
consenting to all charges If the customer is not satisfied with this explanation, then the part can be returned at the customer's expense for a refund

These guys know how to run a business I called for a quote, decided the price was fair, placed the order and then was walked through how the order would be processed Guess what? Everything they promised happened Good company!!

It is humorous however that what we do to PREVENT FRAUDULANT customers from taking advantage of other individual's by unknowingly using their card details, is
what you erroneous assumed was to be an attempt of misuse against you
The #type of Credit Card fraud today costing more than $Billion annually to merchants are customers who over the phone or internet purchase an item and have it shipped to an alternate location other than the exact address your credit card statement is sent toYou yourself just said, "I am sending this to my brother."
That is why we need an ID proof of your DL and CC, to prove to us you physically hold the card and are not attempting to misuse someone else's credit card detailsRight now we have zero assurance that we are actually dealing with *** ***, since the part is not being shipped to *** ***I am sure *** *** would be very happy to know that we refuse to process any order that would cost her money, without having it delivered to her address
I'm sorry Visa mis-guided you in your discussionIt fact it is THEY WHO ADVISE US TO COLLECT THESE DETAILS when a part is shipped to an alternate addressSo it appears your next Revdex.com dispute should be with VISA as well for giving conflicting information to me the merchant on how to protect *** ***'s account, and you the user
Are there any other questions you'd like to have answered about the steps we take to protect customers? I'd hate for our VISA suggested, altruistic steps to prevent fraud to ever be misconstrued in the future

*** *** Parts(***/***) misleading activitiesI am now encoring storage cost for the vehicle that that I purchased the Hood/hinges forI now have to start my search over because they will not provide the hood that promisedThey have indicated that they have and provided pictures of a satisfactory hoodThey are indicating that the Hinges are not available, but I have found them to be readily available on lineThe actions of *** and *** have been questionable to say the leastI would like to speak with someone in a position of authority with this company

My experience with quality auto parts was excellent The people were kind, understanding and professional The part was quickly located and shipped as I was advised I felt the price was fair I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Part to family, friends and associates

Accusations are never our intentThe parts do not ship from our premises, but from other suppliers' locationsTherefore, when a part is returned and that supplier informs us they did not get their part back and can tell due to lack of
markings, etc., we have no choice but to ask questions and be in the unfortunate position of middle man
However, this is already being rectified as we are moving forward and getting the customer a replacementThe tracking number for the replacement shipment is expected within the next 24-hours and will be emailed to the customer

This was order was canceled per buyer's request on 4/29/and the credit card was refunded in full

Needed a headlight assembly for my year old car Part found promptly, delivered quickly Great experience

QAP was able to find the part I needed quicklyI was able to track the shipment and know when it arrived which allowed me to communicate with my service department without being on siteThe part arrived in excellent condition and I will definitely be calling QAP again for all of my auto parts needs
