I bought a used transmission for my 1997 Chevy S10 for a fantastic price. The price was so good I was afraid it was a scam. The delivery was also very affordable & the timeline given was 10 days to 2 weeks, and because I had no way of moving the transmission they said it would be delivered in a truck with a lift gate.
Everything I was told was true!!! Not only was the trans. delivered with a lift, but the driver even had a pallet jack to move it exactly where I needed it! After the trans. was installed it works as good as new. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with my purchase. I will recommend this company to all my friends, & family members. Hi, I would rate Quality Auto Parts a "10." Your parts guy (Richard"?) was very helpful. My dealership told me what part to buy but I had trouble explaining it to 'Richard' because I didn't understand exactly what I needed. So 'Richard' called my dealership and then sent a picture to be sure. So all went well. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because:just like them I want a 25% restocking fee, on my money. I have read a lot of nasty response at this Company. they Bait and switch which some one needs to deal with them on this. I think they are dishonest and I just as soon leave them a bad mark so the next person will know what they are in for

Because they made me pay an extra 120 for a mechanic to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the motor. Paying for a mechanic to tell me the motor was junk is no where in their warranty. I have printed the warranty and read it through several times and still no where does it say for me to pay a mechanic to tell me they sold me a piece of junk.

this is a typical response from this company. never the truth. this was not a REPLACEMENT part, this was an uncomplete part of an assembly that was paid for in full. This company only sent the motor and not the complete wiper assembly and transmission. So how is this MY responsiblity, when the company has not provided the complete assembly. I was told to hold the motor and ship it back once I verified that the new assembly sent to me was complete. this was from a worker in their parts department, not the very POOR customer service team. very unhelpful

The product that I recieved from Quality Auto Parts was exactly what was needed. Serivce was great and follow-up was awesome. I will most definitely use them again when needing parts for my vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was promised that I would have the  parts I ordered within 10 working days!  At that same time I was told that the part I required was immediately available, and could ship promptly.  Quality Auto Parts has FAILED to uphold their end of the deal.  Because of the delays created by them I have been WITHOUT my vehicle for over TWO weeks!  If this is how they treat the rest of their customers, I am absolutely amazed they're able to remain business.  I found similar axle assemblies for less, but was regretfully unable to use them.  I require a [redacted] rear axle assembly.  I found the [redacted] option on several sites for less than $700, so I'm rather curious WHY what would be considered the "stock" option should cost more.  In fact it is my suspicion that Quality Auto Parts had factored the shipping costs into the cost of the part already and initially attempted to "pad" their profit margin by charging me the freight costs a  second time, and it was ONLY when I balked at the quoted price that they changed their tune.  As stated in my original complaint, I will NOT be doing business with Quality Auto Parts again, and I will NOT be recommending them to my friends, family, or coworkers.

Everything worked out great. Your customer service were very helpful and we received the part just as expected. From finding the part to shipping it out express, the whole process was painless. On a scale of zero to 10, I give your company a 10 honestly. We were in a dire situation and dealing with your company made it easy. If the need arises, of course we would recommend you. Part worked great...VERY hard to find an exhaust manifold for a manual shift 2003 Saturn L200...car passed state inspection! THANK YOU!!!

I have an odd model of truck with mixed parts. This was the only company, other than the manufacturer, who knew the difference and could get me the part I needed. The cost was as advertised and tremendously lower than a new part.
