Quality apologizes for any confusion regarding the price of this part. Quality works on real-time live inventory and a part available at a certain price may not be available within a short amount of time if an order is not finalized with...

the customer. For this particular inquiry, the customer was quoted a price for a part that we showed to have two available. When Quality's two suppliers were called to confirm availability, Quality was informed that these parts were not POSI (limited slip differential) as requested by the customer and therefore not compatible for the work he was going to do. Another warehouse did have the POSI part available..but at a higher price, hence the customer being re-quoted. After this price was declined by the customer, the call ended. Quality's Sales Manager continued to search for the correct part and did find one at a lesser price eventually. Customer was then called but has been unresponsive. No charges have been made to this customer.

I am rejecting this response because: they originally told me that it would not be a problem for them to return this part as I contacted them in plenty of time for them to take the appropriate action.  I obviously misplaced my trust in thinking they were an honest business and would keep their word.  By keeping this part or not paying me for keeping it, that they will undoubtedly sell and make a profit, they are stealing from me.  Their example of leaving a garment at restaurant is completely lame and a poor attempt at deflection.  Restaurants don't sell clothing.  Too bad they aren't willing to do the right thing.  They are an unscrupulous company and I will never do business with them again.

My experience was a great one! I give you between a 1 and a 10 a 10+ . Parts were not in suitable shipping condition for a vehicle such as a new Camaro. All three orders were refunded in FULL. That is the most that can and will be done.

I called many companies that sold the part I needed. Quality had the part and shipped it in a timely fashion. The part was broken when I got it. It cost me $50.00 to ship it back. They sent me another part (I wonder if it was the same broken one) and it was in the same shape as the first one......broken. I took a loss of $200.00.

Customer may return part for a full refund but must make shipping arrangements.
A full refund of the sale price will be issued when the part is inspected and found to be in the same condition as shipped, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Quality Auto Parts apologizes to the buyer. Replacing control arms with used parts can be tricky and frustrating because the ball joint is often why people buy them, however they are high-wear pieces and difficult to replace/repair. my problem with qualty auto is them selling me a defective part two times,
and each time I paid the transmission shop to install it in my car,
this is what has me upset, them selling me a worn out rear end carrier assembly,
my car has not made it out of the shop at all over this,
now my dad has to have dialisis three times a week,
so it is not just the car it is about a life that is on the line,
a refund is what I need from them,
as I do not trust them at all,

reading his reply, says to me he has played the Revdex.com before,
10% off a worn out part is junk,
if he had a airline would he offer a half off price to his victims

As previously stated, Quality Auto Parts offers a 30 day warranty from the time of delivery. This part was received by the customer over 90 days ago. Had the customer called Quality within the 30 day warranty period to inform that the part was claimed to be damaged and informed that she could not return it until a later date, Quality may have extended the warranty period. But if no contact is made for over 90 days, then Quality cannot make an exception. If an exception is made for this customer at 90+ days, then exceptions will have to be made at 100 days, 4 months, 6 months and so on....

for one, their is no she , unless thay are talking about them self,
the part was not damaged it was a worn out part they sent me two time, and it cost me each time the shop worked on my car,
installing a bad worm out part to the next worn out part,

I shipped the complete part as stated on 5/5/15. I was told that morning via phone call from Quality that as soon as they received proof that [redacted] had picked up the part from my home that a refund would be initiated. I filled out their on line form and called them with the return number as soon as [redacted] had picked up the part. This did not happen. They waited until I sent them another note today 5/11/15 requesting a refund, [redacted] shows the part scheduled for delivery today. In addition the part was to be returned to an address in [redacted], ** not a Chicago address.

As of today, Bank of America is still unaware of any attempt to refund $325 plus $3.99 from Quality Parts. There is no record of any transaction from them other than the one where they took $325 plus $3.99 from my account. I want a refund, they received the part return several days ago.
