Cx called in saying he got the part and its the wrong part asked the cx wats wrong with the part so cx said he got is the Upper Control Arm and what he needs is the Bracket connected from the control arm to the hub so told the cx that we dont warranty on the bracket adn there was not spec request for it ,and cx has allready approved the pictures so we sent what he asked for so cx said no he wants is the bracket so told the cx to buy the bracket local and we will give him $discount so cx said no he wants his full money so told him if he awants to send the part back we will hold the RSF and OWS so cx said no he wants the full money as cx was pain in qwrong place so told the cx that we will hold fees and we will refund the rest and he can junk but cx said no he wants the full money,cx used F* and B*** and hung up on me ***PLEASE SEE IN NOTES THAT THE CUSTOMER ALSO APPROVED PHOTOS OF THE PART BEFORE SHIPPING***

I think it is a disgrace that a company can send an incorrect part - not the part that I ordered or was quoted and not be held responsibleThat's just bad business practiceI wouldn't be having this issue if I was sent the original part I ordered and was quoted

they credited my account for the original charges , but the return shipping was not includedI don't care what is in their disclaimerit should be illegal to charge a customer return shipping for a mistake on their part.as I said before, they have no incentive to send the right part, the customer has to pay the return shippingthat should be intrastate fraud.if you look at the record this company has with the Revdex.com, it shows haw many times they ship wrong parts and the complaint is the same , return shipping being charged to customer
someone with the FBI needs to start an investigation into this type of scam

I have not heard from you or the business this should be illegal to charge a return shipping on a part that was sent wrongI don't care what they put in their disclaimer, it should be illegal to do it.I am very disappointed in the Revdex.com's stand on this type of fraud across state lines via the internetthat should be charged as interstate fraud at the very least.if they were to be forced to refund the shipping for sending the wrong part, then they would try harder to send the right partlook up their record of complaints, most are for my comlaint of not refunding return shipping on wrong parts sent

Impressed with speed of return phone calls, order for our part was correct first time, sent in a timely manner, and got to us quickly considering weight and size of part(complete driveshaft assembly)
My son is learning to be a heavy equipment mechanic, we were both pleased with service and will use them again

We do regret that the order for a 28 year old transmission that Mr. H[redacted] purchase was cancelled. We did pick the part back from Mr. Heft's mechanic at our cost and were he has been refunded in full as of 3/12/18.
