This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online order I've order an outfit November 6th and have yet to receive it (December 29th) I submitted a form requesting an update and have yet to receive a response I currently have orders with screaming owl and they charged my credit card

I've ordered a bad from them months ago and still have not received my itemThey have no form of contact on their siteThey have a "review" area and I've sent them and they refuse the contact me backI want my money back from them now

I ordered a size 2T Pretty in Pink chevron dress for my 2-year-old, who is small for her age It is very cheaply and poorly made (not boutique clothing as their website says) and it might fit a one-year-old I am very disappointed and will not order from them again

I have yet to hear back from this company about crediting my account back some $$ I had a 10% off discount and asked them to correct what was taken out of my bank account I still have yet to hear back from them since I did what was outlined on their company website and put in a help desk ticket I also asked them when the order may be arriving hoping in time for Christmas...since it's a pink outfit with a reindeer on it My daughter out grows things in about 5-weeks so by the time this gets shipped to me it probably wont fitThis company also took the $$ out of my account within minutes from submitting the purchase....if this company does not respond to me soon I will be in touch with local authorities on what to do next I'm not the only one who cant get ahold of anyone at this company There are several comments on this company's facebook page to see...this is my first time ordering from this company and it WILL be the LAST

I bought an Easter dress on a whim, then after reading the reviews of this company I was extremely nervous it was either going to be to little ( a lot of the reviews said it's a lot smaller then sizes) or the material was going to be "cheap" ..a lot of the reviews also said the shipping is horrible I just want to be clear, it clearly states on their website, they buy in bulk and then ship...and shipping wasn't an issue for us as we received our dress yesterday and Easter is still a month awayI did order a size bigger and the dress is beautiful, nothing at all is wrong with it, it fits perfectly and the fabric is just beautifuli will order from them again

I placed an order for what there website said was "October Bundle" What I understand from description is that this bundle contend three outfits When order finally arrived it was a pillow case Dress The colors and item were different I filed a complaint thou there website and waiting the 2-days to resolve this issue I have called the number they have on the Revdex.com site and still nothing All I want is the issue addressed or even fixed

I will never do business with this company againI fully understood the length of time the orders would takeI placed two orders, same dress, different sizes, one for each of my daughtersI received one, the other still says unfulfilled when I log into my accountI have called, sent contact chats, anything I couldNo responseSo I am now out the cost of the second dress that I never receivedA very poor way to conduct business

I placed the order for a Christmas outfit and weeks later it still hasn't arrived

Their help ticket system to report any issues (receiving the wrong item in my case) is horrible! When you submit a response or comment the lead time for someone to answer you is at least weeksI filed a claim over a month ago and as of today...no resolutionCutest clothes but not worth the lack their of customer serviceI would NEVER recommend them to anyone

I ordered items from this company.My first item ordered in July...had not even arrived to their warehouse by the specified date It took conversations with different people to get a refundAt that time I asked for a refund on my additional orders since I'd prefer not to do business with a company that does business this way***, a customer service rep for the company told me these items were 'ahead of schedule' & they would not refund meThese last items were ordered on July with a 4-week shipping date to the warehouse when it closed on Aug 2nd Today is September 14th & neither of these supposed "ahead of schedule" items has been shipped to meSo if you choose to purchase from this company expect to wait at least months if not months to receive anything you ordered...if it arrives at allI recommend checking out other adorable companies like Sparkle In Pink...who have super cute clothes that ship immediately I've been much happier with them as a company.Screaming Owl gets a big fat F from me!

I think it is important to stress that this site clearly informs their customers that shipping IS NOT immediate This site collects orders in advance (bulk orders get huge discounts that's how we can purchase these adorable items for under $20) After the purchase cut off date....usually a week.....they place the order with the manufacturer The manufacture then makes/fills the order and ships to Screaming Owl Screaming Owl then fills our orders and ships to the consumer This is a process and you can expect it to take up to days to receive your order They explain this process on their sight If you are expecting to receive your item within a week for a weekend party/function.....it's not going to happen (unless they tell you up front the item is in stock and ready to ship) Personally, I love this site and everything I have ordered has been of great quality and arrived within the time frame clearly stated

I ordered a dress from this company and received a different item instead When I contacted the company they told me I had ordered what I had received that it was my error for ordering the wrong thing Their website is pretty straightforward, I did not order the wrong thing, and even further I had never been on the product page for the item I received They told me I could return the item (at my expense) and they would give me a credit for the merchandise (but not original shipping) So already I would be out 2/of what the product cost to begin with and would have to spend another $on shipping to receive whatever I purchased with the credit The item I received was very poor quality and I decided I would not want another item from their store and be out a total of $in shipping Their customer service was poor, even arguing with me that I was in the wrong In the end the entire thing seems a bit underhanded, their process for shipping and the fact that nothing stays on their website for longer than a week and it's difficult to get in touch with them I would warn others to research this company and take caution before giving them your money which would be better spent on something of better quality at the mall or [redacted]

I'm quite happy with the company and the products I've received so farThey are nice quality and offered at low pricesWhile I admit it is not ideal to have to order each item separately and wait sometimes moths or so before receiving them, all of this IS stated up front as the reason for their pricing being so lowIt may not be for everyone, but I really enjoy getting the alerts on their new products and especially receiving them!

I placed my order with this "business" on November 24th While I understand that the time it takes to receive an order is as it is, my negative review is not only because I'm getting tired of waiting for something I ordered months ago with no updates, but also because I've read other negative reviews on this website and the responses from this "business" are not only appalling but down right UNprofessional! Every response is a paragraph+ from whoever it is making excuses about their issues rather than trying to resolve the problem and actually keep their customersAt the time that I ordered my leggings I thought it was a pretty good deal..but I wish I would have done my research on them beforehandI don't even want the leggings anymore I want my money back and I will NEVER order from this company again!!

I ordered an item on November 5thI read about their delivery procedures and went ahead and ordered the item since it was guaranteed by ChristmasI received an email on the night of Decmeber 22(the email was dated the so I don't know of the slow delivery was due to then or not.) informing me that I would not receive my outfit by ChristmasI had days to replace my daughter's present since we have other kids and they all have to get the same amount of presentsThey did not give me my money back since they broke their guarantee or offer me a date when my outfit would arriveThere has been no further details given since to let me know when I will receive the outfitI filled out the "help ticket" about weeks ago with no responseThis is very poor customer serviceThe only way to communicate is through these "help tickets" which is unacceptableYou took my money, I should be able to talk to a human if necessaryI also feel since my outfit was guaranteed, I should receive regular updates on when the outfit will arrive since you already have my moneyThis was my first time ordering and I will never order again

I have purchased many times from Screaming Owl and love everything about the company so far! When finding a item I like I can always make sure it will get to me in time for a special occasion by reading the descriptionScreaming Owl does MASS orders so they take requests aka purchases from customers then submit one massive order for the itemOnce they receive the items that is when they ship it out to customersThis is clearly printed in the description as well as a specific amount of time to expect your itemAll of my orders have arrived in the specified amount of timeI love Screaming Owl and I will continue to make purchases from them! Plus the quality and price are amazing!

Keeping my rating 'Neutral" since I haven't received product yetBut so far, I can't seem to get a response from Screaming Owl's customer service team monitoring the online form (and they offer no other customer service avenue, like an email address or phone number)I've sent two emails with no response, including one about incorrect pricing on the web site (twice now, they've advertised a product on their homepage and email/text in big "hype" for $but then charged me $16.99), so technically they owe me $I've also sent an email to the address listed in their privacy policy/terms & conditions (companies are supposed to monitor these, if they publish them)I see they monitor their Revdex.com reviews, so I'm really just writing this in hopes to get a human being to respond to my inquiriesI understand that their business is "unique" and they will probably say they can't charge low prices if they have the overhead of a published phone number, or that they're experiencing "high volume" - but that's not an excuse for poor service, especially when pricing is wrong

I will never purchase anything from this website/store again, I was told that I was to receive my purchase within 4-weeks from sale end date of 12/8/16, it is now 1/20/and I have yet to receive my package I am highly upset about this, I spend $with shipping and handling to receive absolutely nothing I want my childs clothing as ordered!!

I kept seeing these posts for cheap priced children's boutique style clothing all over my newsfeed on facebookSo I finally talked my mom into ordering something for my little girlI was tight on money then so didn't want to waste my money and it not be something worth itMy mom placed an order for a Thanksgiving dressIt was around $after discounts that she got when sharing the post to facebookShe ordered almost a month before Thanksgiving and it luckily arrived the week of I was very impressed with the quality of the dress, it was thick material and the stitching and turkey shape were all together greatAfter a few washes though the bow that was attached did come offInstead of sewing it back on I just left it on and the dress still looks goodLike I said it did take forever to arrive which really had me worried that it wouldn't arrive in timeKeep that in mind you are paying very discounted prices for something a boutique would charge close to $forThese do run a tad smaller so I would recommend ordering the next size upIt was a little short and arms were snugger but it worked for the short time we needed itI had her wear leggings since it was shorterOrder the next size up though and it fits just rightI have ordered a few other things since then and I am always able to receive it cheaper with the option to share which is great

I purchased a Christmas outfit for my grand daughter and was in touch with Screaming Owl as I was concerned it would not make in time for the holidayIt did not but they gladly refunded my purchase amount and apologized for the shipping delayI provided them with my tracking information so they could see that it did not arrive on timeI would purchase again but knowing that the shipping time is a little longer I would plan for that and for sizeThe gentleman I was in communicate with was very nice and understanding to me
