I have purchased many times from Screaming Owl and love everything about the company so far! When finding a item I like I can always make sure it will get to me in time for a special occasion by reading the description. Screaming Owl does MASS orders so they take requests aka purchases from customers then submit one massive order for the item. Once they receive the items that is when they ship it out to customers. This is clearly printed in the description as well as a specific amount of time to expect your item. All of my orders have arrived in the specified amount of time. I love Screaming Owl and I will continue to make purchases from them! Plus the quality and price are amazing!

I ordered a snowflake outfit with the matching doll outfit on Nov. 9th 2015. It indicated that Christmas Delivery was Guaranteed on this item. It has not been shipped yet and I am getting very nervous. I am very diligent to have the same amount of presents from my husband and I for my two kids and I don't want my daughter to question why her brother got a new outfit from us but not her. I opened a ticket to try to get answers where the outfit was in the process and still have not gotten a response. I understand the process is unique but I ordered the outfit for a Christmas present since it said it was guaranteed to be delivered by then. Otherwise I would not have taken a chance.

I placed an order on January 1. I've been more than patient waiting for it to come in. One Feb 18 I got an email that the order would be delayed but still received in time for the Easter holiday. It's the last business day (Friday) before Easter and the order is still unfulfilled. Status shows that it is not even in process or shipped so I'd find it hard to believe it'll be here before Sunday. Last week they responded and refered to the email they sent on Feb 18. This week they have been unrrsponsive. Now I am out the money I spent on my kid's Easter outfits AND I have to purchase them alternatives at the last minute. To say this is disappointing is an understatement. I would not rely on this company's word. I fully expect to be refunded for these dresses. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

I placed the order for a Christmas outfit and 7 weeks later it still hasn't arrived.

August 9, 2015 I purchased a dress from screaming owl. I knew the time frame of when it would be shipped so the fact that I did not receive the item until October was not surprising. However, the fact that the time I received was damaged and completely ripped was a surprise. As soon as the item was taken out of the package, I noticed it was ripped on the front. So, I immediately took pictures and opened a ticket on the screaming owl website, to report the item recovers as damaged. It is now a week later and screaming owl and not only refused to respond to the ticket on their site, but has also refused to respond on their Facebook page. They have completely ignored the fact that they sent a damaged item, and are refusing to either replace or refund the item. This to me shows very very poor business practices. I can understand items getting damaged during shipping or packing or a damaged item being shipped and not knowing it was damaged, but once discovers that a consumer has received a damaged item, if the company ignores this then that says a lot about the company and their products. That's says their don't care about their customers and they are aware their products and poorly made and that they just want the money and do not care if that results in scamming others.

I ordered an outfit on November 19th... It is now Dec 16 and I still have not received it. It said guaranteed Christmas delivery....So I am still hoping to get it by then. My complaint is really in the lack of ways for me as a customer to ask questions. I submitted a form and have not heard back yet. I understand it is the Christmas season and people are busy, but this just seems like poor customer service. I notice lots of people complaining about this as well. I love the clothes just think they could do a better job communicating.

I ordered a diaper bag 11 weeks ago.. was told it could take 6-8 weeks to begin shipping and that I would receive a shipping confirmation via email. I emailed them at 9 weeks asking when I would receive it, since it's late. They told me it was in shipping process and I should receive a confirmation soon. I have yet to receive, two weeks later. I requested my money back and have yet to hear from them. I understand the bulk order and it taking a long time, but I've gone with out a diaper bag for too long and desperately need them to do what they say they will do.

I ordered an item on November 5th. I read about their delivery procedures and went ahead and ordered the item since it was guaranteed by Christmas. I received an email on the night of Decmeber 22(the email was dated the 21 so I don't know of the slow delivery was due to then or not.) informing me that I would not receive my outfit by Christmas. I had 2 days to replace my daughter's present since we have 2 other kids and they all have to get the same amount of presents. They did not give me my money back since they broke their guarantee or offer me a date when my outfit would arrive. There has been no further details given since to let me know when I will receive the outfit. I filled out the "help ticket" about 2 weeks ago with no response. This is very poor customer service. The only way to communicate is through these "help tickets" which is unacceptable. You took my money, I should be able to talk to a human if necessary. I also feel since my outfit was guaranteed, I should receive regular updates on when the outfit will arrive since you already have my money. This was my first time ordering and I will never order again.

I placed an order for what there website said was "October Bundle". What I understand from description is that this bundle contend three outfits. When order finally arrived it was a pillow case Dress. The colors and item were different. I filed a complaint thou there website and waiting the 2-3 days to resolve this issue. I have called the number they have on the Revdex.com site and still nothing. All I want is the issue addressed or even fixed.

I ordered a size 2T Pretty in Pink chevron dress for my 2-year-old, who is small for her age. It is very cheaply and poorly made (not boutique clothing as their website says) and it might fit a one-year-old. I am very disappointed and will not order from them again.

Keeping my rating 'Neutral" since I haven't received product yet. But so far, I can't seem to get a response from Screaming Owl's customer service team monitoring the online form (and they offer no other customer service avenue, like an email address or phone number). I've sent two emails with no response, including one about incorrect pricing on the web site (twice now, they've advertised a product on their homepage and email/text in big "hype" for $13.99 but then charged me $16.99), so technically they owe me $6. I've also sent an email to the address listed in their privacy policy/terms & conditions (companies are supposed to monitor these, if they publish them). I see they monitor their Revdex.com reviews, so I'm really just writing this in hopes to get a human being to respond to my inquiries. I understand that their business is "unique" and they will probably say they can't charge low prices if they have the overhead of a published phone number, or that they're experiencing "high volume" - but that's not an excuse for poor service, especially when pricing is wrong.

I have been trying to get in contact with screaming owl for the past week and I still haven't heard anything back. I have been commenting on their post through Facebook saying to get up with me and warm people about their business then they block me where I couldn't do that anymore. I just want my money back from what I purchased months ago that I never receive or send me what I ordered. I don't get why this business will put that your order was FULLFILLED when it's not!! I will try my best to keep reporting this site on Facebook before they scam more people!!

I should have taken the complaints seriously. I ordered a chevron diaper bag on January 2, 2015 they took the money out of my account on January 6, 2015 when the sale closed. It did say estimated 6-8 weeks before shipping. I didnt figure this to be a problem since the baby shower isn't until March 28, 2015. However, after 6 weeks I emailed to get nothing bk other than they aren't a fast shipping company. After 8 week I emailed again to get the same answer. Today I posted on their facebook and a lady said they ask everyone to register to track the shipping. I did register when I made the order and it says confirmed thats it still to this day its confirmed. I was told give it at least 2 weeks beyond the estimated shipping well its been 11 weeks yesterday and still nothing. I was also told they communicate if it will be longer. I have received nothing from this company unless I email them. I have left a voice message on the number listed on Revdex.com but no return call. To bad negative is the worst you can rate this company. I am not the only person having the same issues with this company on this same order. I want the diaper bag shipped tomorrow and be there by Saturday for the shower.

I have had several experiences with Screaming Owl and all of them have been great! Every single product has been just as shown and described on the website and I have found all of the items to be great quality. The best part is that the prices are unbeatable!

From the negative reviews that I read, it seems that there is some confusion about how the website works. The items don't ship immediately, but that is made clear in the description of their company and they give you the estimated ship time on the bottom of the page.

Something else that I love about this site is that you can save an extra 10% by sharing on your Facebook page! Who doesn't love saving money!

I honestly do love this company and their products, so I would highly recommend ordering from them!

I'm quite happy with the company and the products I've received so far. They are nice quality and offered at low prices. While I admit it is not ideal to have to order each item separately and wait sometimes 2 moths or so before receiving them, all of this IS stated up front as the reason for their pricing being so low. It may not be for everyone, but I really enjoy getting the alerts on their new products and especially receiving them!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online order. I've order an outfit November 6th and have yet to receive it (December 29th) I submitted a form requesting an update and have yet to receive a response. I currently have 3 orders with screaming owl and they charged my credit card.

I have yet to hear back from this company about crediting my account back some $$. I had a 10% off discount and asked them to correct what was taken out of my bank account. I still have yet to hear back from them since I did what was outlined on their company website and put in a help desk ticket. I also asked them when the order may be arriving hoping in time for Christmas...since it's a pink outfit with a reindeer on it. My daughter out grows things in about 5-6 weeks so by the time this gets shipped to me it probably wont fit. This company also took the $$ out of my account within 5 minutes from submitting the purchase....if this company does not respond to me soon I will be in touch with local authorities on what to do next. I'm not the only one who cant get ahold of anyone at this company. There are several comments on this company's facebook page to see...this is my first time ordering from this company and it WILL be the LAST..

I think it is important to stress that this site clearly informs their customers that shipping IS NOT immediate. This site collects orders in advance (bulk orders get huge discounts that's how we can purchase these adorable items for under $20). After the purchase cut off date....usually a week.....they place the order with the manufacturer. The manufacture then makes/fills the order and ships to Screaming Owl. Screaming Owl then fills our orders and ships to the consumer. This is a process and you can expect it to take up to 30 days to receive your order. They explain this process on their sight. If you are expecting to receive your item within a week for a weekend party/function.....it's not going to happen (unless they tell you up front the item is in stock and ready to ship).
Personally, I love this site and everything I have ordered has been of great quality and arrived within the time frame clearly stated.

I am expecting a decent size order. I made the purchase on or around the 16th of March. Not only have I not received merchandise, there is no way to directory conntact company. They do not respond to emails and give no phone number. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I will never order from this company again. From what I have read, they will send out the same ridiculous email to customers when confronted with their lagging customer service and shipping. More people need to be aware of this company as they have also fraudulently used credit cards. Repulsive. It has been been 2 months and have yet to see merchandise and will be lucky if I do.

You don't find out how long it will take to get your order until AFTER you place the order and there is NO WAY to contact them to cancel. It's been nearly 5 weeks since my order and it still hasn't shipped.
