This company has the cutest and high quality clothesWhat people DONT READ is the reason this stuff is priced so low is because they run the sale for 10-days, then after that they place the bulk order for EVERYONE that ordered that particular itemThen a 3rd party fills that order and ships it to Screaming Owl, then they distribut the items to Us customersThat is why it always says 4-weeksMy holiday stuff has always arrived in timePeople who need something for next weekends wedding or Picts should just stick to *** But if you have patience and order in advance this is amazingREAD THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE and stop blaming screaming owl!

On January 8th I purchased an Easter outfit for my daughter that was said to be here by Easter 6-weeks shipping timeI received an email February 18th that there was a slight delay and shipping would be delayed about week and shipping would be the first week of March "just in time for the beginning of spring and of course the Easter holiday" when I still hadnt received anything or heard anything by March 14th I emailed themA few days later I received a response of:
"Thank you for your recent purchase of our Shabby Chic Tutu DressThey are in the mass shipping process nowWe hope to have them all out in the next few business daysYou should receive tracking information shortlyThanks again"
I wrote again on March 20th because it still had not shipped outI understand how their process works but this is absolutely ridiculousIt's now March 25th, days before Easter, no dress, still has not shipped and of course no response from screaming owl

"Screaming Owl" on-line has excellent ads and great sales Be careful They tell you up front that it's possible that shipping may take 4-weeks in some cases I ordered early for Christmas, November 10th It is now January 3rd, almost weeks now The order still has not been fulfilled If not received in another weeks, I will file an official complaint I note that other customers have complained about this company, too

I ordered the shabby chic Easter dress on December 31stAt that time I was made aware that the dress was a pre-order and would take 4-weeks to ship but WOULD arrive in time for Easter I messaged the company after the first of March when my order still was listed as unfulfilled It took well over a week to get a response (probably because there were so many complaints)I was told the dress was ready to ship and would go out in the next two business days It is now days before Easter and my dress has not shipped I'm definitely not pleased and will not order again

I have been ordering from Screaming Owl for several yearsI have always received my merchandise and the quality has been satisfactoryThis company clearly states their shipping guidelines on their website, and encourage customers toaol review the time frames BEFORE orderingI have read many rude, negative complaints online about their delivery times being so longIf these people would spend their time reading a company's guidelines before tearing off on negative campaigns against a reputable business, then we all could live in peaceI say keep up the good work, Screaming OwlSome people like to gripeaol about anything!!!

This company is a joke I ordered an outfit for my Grandaughter at the beginning of September for thanksgiving and still haven't received the item I have had no response from the company at all regarding my order Obviously if can't be used now bug they have already received payment for the item

Very disappointed in the merchandise I ordered and the length of time it took for delivery Sizes were not consistent with what I would be getting I won't order from them again and do not recommend any one else does either it took months to receive

I have been very happy with everything I have ordered and received from Screaming Owl We order a dress for my daughter for every holiday and in over two years we have not been disappointed We always receive them on time and in great condition The prices are amazing and they're the cutest outfits We always get a ton of compliments on them We couldnt be happier

I ordered an outfit on 11/with guaranteed delivery in time for ChristmasIt is now 12/and the item has not even processedNow I will need to go out and get a different giftI will have no use for this snowflake themed outfit after winter is overI emailed their customer service this morning but am holding out no hope of a proper responseI will be filing a complaint if my order is not received by Christmas

I ordered the "April Bargin Box". The product was ordered in March and was shipped as specified, at the end of April. The outfit was very cute and the price was fair. When ordering from Screaming Owl, it's important to remember that they are a pre-sale company and the product does not ship quickly. However, they clearly state their estimated shipping time when ordering. If you are patient, then you will be happy with your purchase. I will continue to order from Screaming Owl!

I have placed 6 orders with them. and LOVED everythings I have received. I had one outfit that arrived with a small amount of damage on it. I emailed them and they asked for a picture to confirm the damaged item and they offered me a full refund or store credit. I choose store credit because I can't resist the thanksgiving outfits for my daughter. My husand loves his special Key chain that we got him for fathers day... the process is long but its kinda nice cause you forget and then bam one day you have mail. its so much fun to get a random package its like christmas. they have always been up front about the time it takes to get your order and its always with in that time frame.

I will never do business with this company again. I fully understood the length of time the orders would take. I placed two orders, same dress, different sizes, one for each of my daughters. I received one, the other still says unfulfilled when I log into my account. I have called, sent contact chats, anything I could. No response. So I am now out the cost of the second dress that I never received. A very poor way to conduct business.

All of there clothes look very cute, what I recived looked terrible. It doesnt look like the picture at all, they said shipping would take 6-8...it took 3.5 months. Cannot get a hold of the company for a refund.

I've ordered a bad from them months ago and still have not received my item. They have no form of contact on their site. They have a "review" area and I've sent them 2 and they refuse the contact me back. I want my money back from them now.

I placed my order with this "business" on November 24th 2015. While I understand that the time it takes to receive an order is as it is, my negative review is not only because I'm getting tired of waiting for something I ordered 2 months ago with no updates, but also because I've read other negative reviews on this website and the responses from this "business" are not only appalling but down right UNprofessional! Every response is a paragraph+ from whoever it is making excuses about their issues rather than trying to resolve the problem and actually keep their customers. At the time that I ordered my leggings I thought it was a pretty good deal..but I wish I would have done my research on them beforehand. I don't even want the leggings anymore I want my money back and I will NEVER order from this company again!!

I LOVE screaming owl! The clothes are so cute and we always receive compliments on them. Her Easter dress the cream flowered tutu dress is so cute, our daughter loved it and it is so soft and comfy. Which is always a plus!! The only issue I had with screaming owl was a delay in receiving the tutu bags I ordered for dance. I emailed the company and with in a few days it was on my door step. They are so cute. Honestly, shipping does take a bit of time (which is fully explained on their website) is totally worth it because of the low cost of the items and everything I have received has held up nicely and we love it all!!

I bought an Easter dress on a whim, then after reading the reviews of this company I was extremely nervous it was either going to be to little ( a lot of the reviews said it's a lot smaller then normal sizes) or the material was going to be "cheap" ..a lot of the reviews also said the shipping is horrible I just want to be clear, it clearly states on their website, they buy in bulk and then ship...and shipping wasn't an issue for us as we received our dress yesterday and Easter is still a month away. I did order a size bigger and the dress is beautiful, nothing at all is wrong with it, it fits perfectly and the fabric is just beautiful. I will order from them again.

I ordered 3 items from this company.My first item ordered in July...had not even arrived to their warehouse by the specified date.

It took 2 conversations with 2 different people to get a refund. At that time I asked for a refund on my 2 additional orders since I'd prefer not to do business with a company that does business this way. [redacted], a customer service rep for the company told me these items were 'ahead of schedule' & they would not refund me. These last 2 items were ordered on July 26 with a 4-6 week shipping date to the warehouse when it closed on Aug 2nd.

Today is September 14th & neither of these supposed "ahead of schedule" items has been shipped to me. So if you choose to purchase from this company expect to wait at least 2 months if not 3 months to receive anything you ordered...if it arrives at all. I recommend checking out other adorable companies like Sparkle In Pink...who have super cute clothes that ship immediately.

I've been much happier with them as a company.Screaming Owl gets a big fat F from me!
