I have placed 6 orders with them. and LOVED everythings I have received. I had one outfit that arrived with a small amount of damage on it. I emailed them and they asked for a picture to confirm the damaged item and they offered me a full refund or store credit. I choose store credit because I can't resist the thanksgiving outfits for my daughter. My husand loves his special Key chain that we got him for fathers day... the process is long but its kinda nice cause you forget and then bam one day you have mail. its so much fun to get a random package its like christmas. they have always been up front about the time it takes to get your order and its always with in that time frame.","pos-10

I have had several experiences with Screaming Owl and all of them have been great! Every single product has been just as shown and described on the website and I have found all of the items to be great quality. The best part is that the prices are unbeatable!
From the negative reviews that I read, it seems that there is some confusion about how the website works. The items don't ship immediately, but that is made clear in the description of their company and they give you the estimated ship time on the bottom of the page.
Something else that I love about this site is that you can save an extra 10% by sharing on your Facebook page! Who doesn't love saving money!

I ordered the shabby chic Easter dress on December 31st. At that time I was made aware that the dress was a pre-order and would take 4-6 weeks to ship but WOULD arrive in time for Easter. I messaged the company after the first of March when my order still was listed as unfulfilled. It took well over a week to get a response (probably because there were so many complaints). I was told the dress was ready to ship and would go out in the next two business days. It is now 2 days before Easter and my dress has not shipped. I'm definitely not pleased and will not order again. ","neg-8

I have been trying to get in contact with screaming owl for the past week and I still haven't heard anything back. I have been commenting on their post through Facebook saying to get up with me and warm people about their business then they block me where I couldn't do that anymore. I just want my money back from what I purchased months ago that I never receive or send me what I ordered. I don't get why this business will put that your order was FULLFILLED when it's not!! I will try my best to keep reporting this site on Facebook before they scam more people!!","neg-5

I will never do business with this company again. I fully understood the length of time the orders would take. I placed two orders, same dress, different sizes, one for each of my daughters. I received one, the other still says unfulfilled when I log into my account. I have called, sent contact chats, anything I could. No response. I received only 1 of the 2 dresses I purchased, yet my account on their website shows the order has been fulfilled!I placed an order with Screaming Owl on 1/9/2016. Part of this process is only processing one item per transaction and shipping them out in batches by like type. I do show where you ordered 2 of the Perfectly Plum outfits but in different sizes. Because we process them at different times, they are received at different times. I am showing that your second outfit has been processed so you should be receiving it any day. I ordered a size 2T Pretty in Pink chevron dress for my 2-year-old, who is small for her age. It is very cheaply and poorly made (not boutique clothing as their website says) and it might fit a one-year-old. I am very disappointed and will not order from them again.","neg-3

I'm quite happy with the company and the products I've received so far. They are nice quality and offered at low prices. While I admit it is not ideal to have to order each item separately and wait sometimes 2 moths or so before receiving them, all of this IS stated up front as the reason for their pricing being so low. It may not be for everyone, but I really enjoy getting the alerts on their new products and especially receiving them!","pos-7

I think it is important to stress that this site clearly informs their customers that shipping IS NOT immediate. This site collects orders in advance (bulk orders get huge discounts that's how we can purchase these adorable items for under $20). After the purchase cut off date....usually a week.....they place the order with the manufacturer. The manufacture then makes/fills the order and ships to Screaming Owl. Screaming Owl then fills our orders and ships to the consumer. This is a process and you can expect it to take up to 30 days to receive your order. They explain this process on their sight. If you are expecting to receive your item within a week for a weekend party/function.....it's not going to happen (unless they tell you up front the item is in stock and ready to ship).

This company has the cutest and high quality clothes.. What people DONT READ is the reason this stuff is priced so low is because they run the sale for 10-14 days, then after that they place the bulk order for EVERYONE that ordered that particular item. Then a 3rd party fills that order and ships it to Screaming Owl, then they distribut the items to Us customers. That is why it always says 4-6 weeks. My holiday stuff has always arrived in time. People who need something for next weekends wedding or Picts should just stick to [redacted] But if you have patience and order in advance this is amazing.. Missing half of my order that shows shipped and delivered in the package I received but it was not in the package and the package was too small.I did the pre-order on 6/14 and received my package on 8/15 however only half of my order was received. I have attempted to contact the company with no luck. I submitted an online inquiry that states they will respond within 48 business hours. No one has responded. I would like the rest of my order or my money returned. The website errors every time I try to view my complaint. These items are christmas presents for my granddaughters.Desired SettlementI would like to have the items I ordered or my money returned. I ordered two girl and doll mermaid blanket sets and received only one. Missing items arrived today. Issue resolved.

Buy from this company if you do not care when you receive your item(s). Believe what they advertise. They have a "unique" method. I purchased a Christmas dress for my daughter and received it before the estimated shipping date. I paid $16. It was about the quality of what you'd expect for $16. So I was satisfied. I purchased a shabby chic dress for my daughter ($13) on January 2, 2016. As of today, February 28, 2016, it has still NOT PROCESSED. I get it. They are "unique" and "not for everyone." The time-frame of 4-6 weeks is just an estimation. It is CLEARLY advertised. I even got an email stating there has been a delay. So, I bought a $13 dress eight weeks ago and still don't have it. Not a big deal if you like surprises. I am personally the type of customer who prefers consistency. There are tons of other reputable companies out there that offer unique clothing at super affordable prices....and they ship in a reasonable time-frame. On another note, I purchased a $40 dress from www.mybabypie.com last year. When it didn't arrive on time, I was refunded the ENTIRE purchase price - including shipping! I simply called to let them know my disappointment and was rewarded with a full refund. No fuss. No drama. I don't plan on buying from Screaming Owl again. Like I said, if you don't mind not knowing exactly when your purchases will arrive, then this company is for you. You will get what you pay for....and possibly get it when you need it.","neg-10

I LOVE screaming owl! The clothes are so cute and we always receive compliments on them. Her Easter dress the cream flowered tutu dress is so cute, our daughter loved it and it is so soft and comfy. Which is always a plus!! The only issue I had with screaming owl was a delay in receiving the tutu bags I ordered for dance. I emailed the company and with in a few days it was on my door step. They are so cute. Honestly, shipping does take a bit of time (which is fully explained on their website) is totally worth it because of the low cost of the items and everything I have received has held up nicely and we love it all!!","pos-4

I ordered 3 items from this company.My first item ordered in July...had not even arrived to their warehouse by the specified date.
It took 2 conversations with 2 different people to get a refund. At that time I asked for a refund on my 2 additional orders since I'd prefer not to do business with a company that does business this way. [redacted], a customer service rep for the company told me these items were 'ahead of schedule' & they would not refund me. These last 2 items were ordered on July 26 with a 4-6 week shipping date to the warehouse when it closed on Aug 2nd.
Today is September 14th & neither of these supposed "ahead of schedule" items has been shipped to me. So if you choose to purchase from this company expect to wait at least 2 months if not 3 months to receive anything you ordered...if it arrives at all. I recommend checking out other adorable companies like Sparkle In Pink...who have super cute clothes that ship immediately.

Ordered an Easter dress in early January with a promised 4-6 week SLA. Dress never came, and their responses are snotty I would like a refund.On January 11, 2016 I ordered a 3T dress and headband for Easter for my little girl from Screaming Owl. The estimated time of delivery was 4-6 weeks. This was plenty of time to get the dress for Easter. When it was past the SLA I contacted Screaming Owl via phone and email. No one ever wrote me back or called me back. I then wrote them again and received a nasty response. They claimed they had already wrote me back (they hadn't it was not in my inbox). In their response they said that the dress would ship first week of March in plenty of time for Easter. Well it was already the second week of March when I received this response so that didn't even make sense. I asked for a refund and did not get a response. Today is Easter and still no dress. I had to go out and spend more money on another dress. I wrote them again tonight asking for a refund and letting them know I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired SettlementAt this point the very least I am demanding is a refund. If I'm being honest, the original ticket that you sent to us was not polite, very sarcastic and used derogatory language.
