Second Round is in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint from [redacted] and we have investigated this matterOn 5/25/2016, Second Round purchased the consumers Synchrony Bank/Care Credit account ending On June 2, 2016, Second Round mailed out the Notice of Assignment letter to Mrs [redacted] , as required under Florida StatuteOn August 24, 2016, Second Round mailed out a letter to Mrs [redacted] offering her options to take care of this debtMrs [redacted] called Second Round on 12/9/to inquire about the accountDue to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Acts requirement to verify that debt collectors are speaking to the correct party PRIOR to disclosure of any details related to the debt, our collection agent asked Mrs [redacted] to verify specific pieces of information, such as the last four digits of her social security number or her date of birth and addressMrs [redacted] was not comfortable verifying this information over the phoneAs a result of the collection agent seeking to remain compliant with federal regulations, she informed Mrs [redacted] that she could not proceed with providing details about why Second Round sent communication to herMrs [redacted] did provide her phone number but that is not one of the required verification items to ensure that we are speaking to the right party (actual debtor)We would be more than happy to work with Mrs [redacted] ; however, each time she calls, the collection agents will be required to verify the following pieces of information: Her first and last name Her address Either the last digits of her social security number or her date of birth The collection agents will be required to state the mini Miranda and make a statement that calls are being recorded or monitored for quality assurance Once they have verified these pieces of information and made the required disclosures, the collection agent can provide her with exact details related to this debt Tell us why here

Hello, On 11/3/Second Round mailed Mrs [redacted] acknowledgement of her dispute along with documents supporting our claims to the addressed provided by her 10/27/If this address is incorrect please ask her to contact usOur number is [redacted] We have updated her credit bureau as disputed

Second Round is in receipt of the rejected Revdex.com response from [redacted] Second Round purchased this Synchrony Bank account ending (Sam's Club Personal Credit) from Synchrony Bank on 5/25/Second Round is following the guidelines of the state and FCRA as it relates to credit reporting this debtWe have no knowledge as to whether the original creditor is credit reporting this debt as wellIn our previous response, we provided the contact number to the agency that is servicing this debt; it is also provided belowP&B Capital Group will be more than happy to assist [redacted] with a resolution to this debtIn regards to the age of the debt, according to the information we received from the original creditor, the account was opened on 4/8/2012, the last payment date was 7/11/and the first default date was 8/29/Neither, New York nor Kentucky (addresses we have received for the consumer’s attorney and the consumer) have statute of limitations that are less than years; therefore, this debt is still considered collectible under the lawSecond Round also mailed out a validation letter to the Law Office of [redacted] on 11/4/ P&B Capital Group and their contact number is [redacted] Tell us why here

additional informationto aid in our investigationMrs***’s account has been updated to the creditbureau as disputed and is currently on hold
