upon her initial dispute. We also sent her an acknowledgment of her dispute. We have reviewed [redacted]’s documents and found she reaffirmed this debt, she continued to pay after the discharge date. I have enclosed a copy for her review. We sent such documentation to her previously but we are happy to send again.
I am trying to locate this account in order to respond properly, but I am having difficulty. With no account number or SSN I can't find the account in question. Can I have the account number shown on your credit report? Or your SSN? Otherwise I cannot locate the information....

Multiple statements made in the company's response a patently false. As the can see in the documents they provided the supposed chain of
title provided is, in fact, a cover letter for a bulk sale of debts. As neither the 'Accounts Payable Agreement' nor the 'Notification File' were
provided it is impossible to tell if the alleged debt was one of the ones included in the sale or what (if any) information regarding its current
status, ownership or basis was included. Additionally, New York City law regarding debt validation requires 'the signed contract or signed
application that created the debt' which was not provided at any time.

Second Round responded to the consumer with the information required by law. The consumer has never spoken with Second Round to discuss her account or options. Second Round purchased the account 5/8/2012. The only correspondence received from the consumer was a generic Internet Copy Letter;...
a letter several people put on the internet and share with one another. It is generic and without detail. We receive the same letter regularly and respond with exactly what the law requires. We would be glad to discuss the account with the consumer if she would call or email. The account will be reported to the credit bureau up until May 2016. At that time it falls off due to reporting rules FCRA). We will not sure as the account is out of statute and only $265.23.

Second Round will cease collection efforts on this account. We will also remove this from the consumers credit report trade line.
Second Round LP is looking into Consumer's statement that this was previously in small claims and Second Round will provide verification of the debt.
