Cold call with a very "hard sell"They are very persistant, and want me to disclose private information regarding my processor and I refusedThey tried to convince me, and I refused to disclose
I said I would take their company under advisement, and said that I'm on the FTC do not call list, and they ignored my request for removal
Likely a company that is desperate for new accounts, and wasted my time with their run aroundhence the one star reviewI would never do business with them b/c the would likely make it very difficult to "switch away" in the future

I've received numerous phone calls from Sekure Cost Review Each time I have been embroiled in an argument with the caller I politely decline their cost review and the caller becomes argumentative I have asked, each of the 6-times that I've been called in the past two years, to remove me from the calling list - obviously they do not do that They have a terrible way of relating with customers and will never talk to anyone who is abusive to me from the start of the conversation

We have been working with Sekure Merchant Solutions for the past years and they have done a wonderful job of helping us save money, get transactions done smoothly and in particular Ryan, our account representative has worked hard to give us the best deal possibleGreat job

We were looking to change processors and sekure just happened to contact usThe sales person said he would give us "substantial savings" and no contractTwo months later, I did the math and there was no "substantial savings" of any kindAny savings that would have came from their lower rate would have been offset by their extraneous fees and PCI feesWe called to cancel and they said we had to pay a fee to break a three year contractThis is the first time Im hearing of a "three year contract" from themI just wanted to try them out and see if they were for real --- clearly they were not I cannot be in business with a company I dont trust

Bryan of Sekure Merchant Solutions was great at helping us solve our double charging problem We sent him an e-mail and he called us back within minutes and with the representative that handles the our account and it was resolved in minutes He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with

I have had two opportunities to deal with this company They are absolutely relentless, with nonstop phone calls I find them to be very aggressive In fact, I am requesting to be taken off their call list I never want to hear from this company again I have tried to tell them that I am NOT interested in their credit card processing

This company is horrible! They are way to pushy and call consistentlyAfter you tell them numerous times to stop they will call from a private lineI'm sorry, but being to aggressive will not get you our businessFYI, your prices are not any cheaperThe phone harassment is continuous!!

Be forewarned because they can seem very convincing but alas, THIS IS A SCAMThey prey on small, independent businesses and lie about their purpose, intentions, and motivationAs soon as you tell them "No Thanks" they become very pushy and very rudeI don't want to pay additional fees, I will not do business with you, STOP CALLING ME
