Great Rep., fast service with issues and problems

I had the best experience with my Relationship Manager, Andre G*** He helped me with my Merchant Account which had a large deposit that was on hold for verification process He was able to get my account increased immediately and the holding funds released (which was going to take approximately 3-days - but he got the funds released in a day) Thank you Sekure Merchant for having such a great person to work with!!!

I can't say enough great things about this companyIt maybe that I'm just lucky to have an amazing Relationship Manager (Jamie-Lee Carlino), but I can't say enough great things about Jamie Jamie always helps us immediately, is always at the other end of an email or phone call, and never ever says "I'll call you back, or get back to you" and then doesn't Jamie always follows through and has the best customer service imaginableI recently asked if Jamie could handle anything else for us as I do not get this professional and precise of service from anyone else I have to deal with on a daily basis
