I have been a customer with Service Champions for quite a number of years They have always been efficient and very knowledgeable about my air / heating unit Osvaldo J*** was the technician who recently came to clean and check the air / heating unit He was very respectful and very helpful when explaining the need for insulation in the attic

We reviewed it on our own while he completed his service
We were pleased enough with the service, and want to keep our system efficient, so we signed up for their Service Plan
All in all one of the more pleasant services we have had for our house

MrBrent W*** arrived a little later than expected, for which I was warned by the office, and given opportunity to change appointment if necessary I opted to have him come today When he arrived he explained his time schedule and job very clearly and continued to go about his business of doing his task Though mine was the last job of the day, he did not "rush" through his job, but did his work thoroughly and explained the possible outcomes He was very cheerful and friendly, which is commendable, considering it was the last job of the day!!!
