*** *** came today to complete a routine A/C inspectionHe's very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to conduct a thorough inspection as well as explained any issues that needed to be adressedHe represents the company in a very professional manner

*** was here to check on ***, the technician on 4/18/ She and I became acquainted while here, and helped to point our the issues with my unit I knew that I was going to need a new unit when we purchased the home in 2012, and it was a matter of time She offered to return the next day and present the various units they install, which she did She is so friendly, and explained the differences concisely I did not feel pressured in any way

I have been with Service Champions for many years and always had great, courteous service Today my Service Tech was Trevor Riggs He was so professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and nice, that he made the experience actually enjoyable When he left, everything was even better than I expected My equipment was functioning and looking so much better I would love to have Trevor as a permanent technician

The technician (Michael O) was very professional and did a thorough job He described my maintenance options without a hard sell on the continuing monthly maintenance program Because of his presentation I am more likely to buy the monthly package I am an ex nuclear engineer and he was able to answer all my questions about the system
