Mr. Michael G arrived at my home on time. He was very polite and respectful. He was very knowledgeable in his field of air conditioning. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very mindful of using his paper sleeves over his shoes while in the house, his work place was always organized and neat. He recommended "zoning" to make our home more comfortable. He made an appointment for an expert about this to come out the next day. I appreciated him explaining everything after each inspection in simple terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Michael to my family and friends.

Mr. Jason M did an OUTSTANDING job with the service of my outdoor unit and inside furnace. He was polite, courteous, informative and educated me on every step of the process before, during and after any work performed. Very personable and professional.

We have a monthly service agreement with Service Champions.
They called me in advance of regular summer maintenance, which is included in the monthly price.
[redacted] the technician showed up on time, wore booties to protect the floor.
He was polite, showed me a problem with a leaking AC motor fan, had the part on the truck, and fixed it.
Parts come with a life time warranty.
Mom is happy and so am I.

Joe H was the tech that showed up at my home to check my air condition. was very knowable,and friendly. I will continue to us service call champions if all there tech are like Joe. will recommend this company to all my friend.

Eddie G. arrived within the time frame given. I was called to let me know he'd be there in 45 minutes or so. He was personable, friendly, and able to answer my questions. I was having issues with the AC running and running and he worked hard to diagnose the issue. I needed refrigerant in the end. He estimated about 3 pounds and that was the exact amount. He even checked up in the attic and found it was way too hot up there. He took photos and sent them to my email to show me that there was very little insulation and no insulation under the roof. Instead of pushing me to do something about it right away he mentioned that I could contact Service Champions and they would send someone out to explain all my options when I was ready.

Jack B inspected and evaluated our heating and air conditioning system. He was very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with his knowledge and service.
