What a great experience to do business with such a professional and honest company [redacted] and [redacted] have and incredible work ethic - worked until the job was complete and left our home spotless Extremely courteous and excellent installers This company absolutely exceeded my expectations There were no up-charges No surprises Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable heating and air conditioning company

[redacted] serviced my a/c and Heating units today He was very efficient and extremely pleasant A fine young man and outstanding representative of the company He was very helpful and answered my questions I never felt that I was taking too much of his time Service Champions Heating & Airwas recommended to me by one of my friends and I have been very happy with their service

I was extremely pleased with the service delivered by David N [redacted] of Service Champions in Chino Hills He was prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough He answered my questions and helped me with some routine office business [redacted]

Ryan L came to service my furnace he was on time when I was told to expect him He introduced himself and showed me his picture I.Dand proceeded to go about the business he was here for He was friendly and showed me everything as he serviced the furnace He completed the task and suggested a better filter system to take care of the dust in a more complete manner I declined and he was very professional and suggested other ways to help keep the motor clean until the next service

I have been a Champion customer for a few years now, and I had purchased a maintenance contractToday, Kenny [redacted] had performed the maintenance on my furnaceI was so happy to see him, because Kenny had performed the maintenance on my a/c last yearKenny is knowledgeable, and explains in detail how my system works, and showed me how to maintain the system and save money at the same time He is thorough and does not cut corners to save timeI'm so impressed with this young manKenny is a definite asset to the Service Champions familyI would also like to mention that the entire staff, including the office staff is friendly, and helpfulThe service at Service Champions provides 100% customer serviceThank you Kenny for all your help

Dear Ms***,This letter is in response to complaint ID # [redacted] by Mr [redacted] Service Champions Heating & Air-Conditioning has maintained an outstanding reputation and rating with the Revdex.com and continuously strives to improve upon our business practices through the feedback of our clientsOn November 15th, 2012, Mr [redacted] contacted our Customer Advocate requesting that during future visits from our technicians, they refrain from providing recommendations for repairs or system upgrades unless absolutely necessaryMoreover, he asked that only one technician be assigned to his home for future service calls to limit the variability of said recommendationsHis requests were promptly honored and a notation was added to his account for notification purposesDuring a subsequent visit on May 19, 2014, one of our technicians returned to the client’s home to complete the annual furnace maintenanceUpon completion of his work, the technician proceeded to offer a breakdown of the recommended repairs found during his evaluationDespite our efforts to prevent this type of information from being relayed to the client, a detailed invoice was provided and a follcall was scheduled for the purpose of evaluating the cost of new equipmentWe have identified that during system upgrades in the early months of 2014, notations supporting his requests were not migrated in manner that would readily alert the user or call attention to their significanceThe necessary improvements to our process have since been made; however, this breakdown of communication ultimately led to the client’s decision to file his complaint with the Revdex.comMr [redacted] indicated that a separate company had been contracted to evaluate the condition of his system following the visit from our techniciansTheir findings were that no repairs were needed.Service Champions has a long track record of our strong commitment towards providing the best experience for our customers and ensuring their complete satisfactionGiven the circumstances discussed by Mr [redacted] , our company would like to extend a sincere apology to him for failing to honor his requests as a valued clientWe are a service company first, with an understanding that our customers are the foundation of our successWe would appreciate the opportunity to have a senior service manager visit Mr [redacted] ’s home and re-evaluate the findings from our visit in May If any repairs or replacement are deemed necessary, we will gladly perform the service at no expense to himWe have attempted to share our apology with Mr [redacted] via telephone; however, we understand and respect his decision to await our formal responseRegardless, an open invitation to contact us is always available should he decide to do so Should you wish to further discuss this issue or have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] ext: ***Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Advocate [redacted] ext:***

Requested Service Champions to come out to check a few rooms that wasn't cooling like rest of houseEric A checked the cooling out and did some rebalancing Big improvementExcellent technician

Technician was very polite, explained recommended parts clearly and reasons parts were recommended Prices for recommended parts are clear on brochure

This morning our A/C died on us We placed the service call The technician (James) arrived at the designated time promised Not only did the tech look professional but he displayed courtesy and was very polite in addressing us He was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his trade He explained to us the root cause of the problem and debriefed us on every step of the repair process James worked late into the night hour to get the A/C repaired When the repair was done, he provided great recommendations and tips on how we can further the life of our A/C unit and overall lower our energy footprint We are definitely raving fans of Service Champions

[redacted] was here to check on ***, the technician on 4/18/ She and I became acquainted while here, and helped to point our the issues with my unit I knew that I was going to need a new unit when we purchased the home in 2012, and it was a matter of time She offered to return the next day and present the various units they install, which she did She is so friendly, and explained the differences concisely I did not feel pressured in any way

We've been a long time Service Champion customer and they just got it RIGHTThis afternoon Andrew G came to service our furnaceHe is professional all the way through
