Service Champions Heating and Air ConditioningThis company comes second to noneAnd it shows through their techniciansThey want your business and do what it takes to get it and keep itAnd this shows through their techniciansYou always get a real person when you call, prompt professional attentionAnd service techs such as Trevor Riggs whom we had the pleasure of having todayHe was very professional, considerate of our situation and eager for us to understand what he was doing and what needed to be doneHe addressed issues of ours, the thermostat was acting up set at 77degrees but would keep running the air down past the it was set at for example 73degreesNow thats a problemTrevor quickly installed a new thermostat and made sure it worked properly, that we knew how to operate it and even took it a step further and introduced us to WiFi and walked us through the steps to be able to use it, controlling the thermostat from a remote locationThen he did the month check on our system and wanted to make sure we understood what that entails and what his findings (the lower than it should be insulation in the attic) and how that affected our unit and what his suggestions wereHe made it so understandable for me (I know my husband understood from the get go, I not so much) he showed us all options, and even how our system could be better and run more efficiently therefore last longerIts a $25,2yr old unit, It was a no brainerTrevor was polite, and you could tell he enjoyed what he didHe was also very open to us asking questions and happy to answer them! He was easily engaged and we even had a few laughsHe actually sat down with us at the table and explained everything, there was no talking across a counter or standing outside as he talked and workedWe will be asking for Trevor to be the one who comes back to our home for our next service check or any problems that may occurA company IS the people who represent it and they are the window into what that business is all aboutAnd Trevor is an asset, a totally A+ representative of his company in every wayThank you Trevor! Everyone we dealt with from Nick to our installers, Ulysses and Robert, were very professional and very knowledgeable Our installers arrived on time, installed our unit and cleaned up behind themselves They explained every detail and answered all my questions I am very satisfied with not only my new air conditioner and furnace but the knowledge I can depend on them in the future for service I would highly recommend Service Champions! I guess that is where the name came from Thank you gentleman

I had been getting notices from *** ***, CEO of Service Champions, MVPSo I called and get a prompt appointment for today with their service specialist, *** *** who came in right on time and spent about hours doing maintenance work on the heating furnace and the central Air ConditionerEven though *** is quite young but he is very efficient, knowledgeable and preciseI was very much impressed by his work and signed a yearly contract because I trusted him and his work so wellI wish *** all the success and advancement in his career for doing the best for his employer

We finally found an air conditioner technician who was able to resolve a problem we had been having in our house since it was built He discovered a hole where the duct work was that was letting air escape We have finally gotten cold air coming in a bedroom that never seemed to get any air conditioning or heat to it before There has been more than one company out here to look at our system but no one ever discovered this previously *** was very kind, courteous and professionalHe took the time to explain what he was doing and took pictures to show us what he had found in our atticI would recommend this company and especially this technician to all my family and friends!

*** the technician showed up on time, wore booties to protect the floor
He was polite, showed me a problem with a leaking AC motor fan, had the part on the truck, and fixed it
Parts come with a life time warranty
