I had some service work on my AC unit done 3-months ago, by Service Champions of Sacramento, CA and was very pleased with their work Today, that nice service continued with [redacted] of Service Champions, who came out, not on time, mind you, but minutes early That in itself, is a great start He explained what his "mission was", and did a series of tests on our HVAC system using some very high-tech equipment that I'd never seen used before in any of our previously owned homes, and he sat down with me over our kitchen table and explained it all in a most professional manner I was impressed that Service Champions had such function dedicated equipment, and impressed that [redacted] was so polite and knowledgable in explaining the results of the tests In Sacramento, particularly in August, you have to have a great AC system...and the results of today's tests that were presented in such a way that "I could readily understand them" by [redacted] , and our year old system was still operating very well It truly was a "day brightener" for me because of [redacted] and Service Champions Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] arrived at our scheduled appointment time and prior to starting his work went over what he was going to do He disassembled the heaters, evaluated the components for wear, cleaned all parts, reassembled and tested the units to ensure they were running properlyOnce completed with the heaters he serviced the air conditioning units During his service call he showed me the units, when disassembled, to show me the positive things and the items that needed watchingAfter completion [redacted] went over everything he did and made the appropriate recommendations I highly recommend [redacted] for any heater/air conditioning needs

Positive Experience! Though I do have to say they charge more than other comparable businesses

[redacted] *did a great job servicing our heater and air conditioner He was friendly, courteous and accomplished what needed to be done quickly and efficiently We would love to have him back for anything else our system needs in future

[redacted] was in our home last week for a minor problem with our heating and cooling system He was thorough and efficient and fixed the problem quickly In addition he offered and did clean our filters which was a big help to us We are elderly and getting up on a ladder is challenging We give [redacted] a "10."

In general, I am very happy with Service Champions I signed up with them after getting frustrated with my previous company and things have been great ever since My A/C has been on its death bed for a while now and Service Champions has helped me keep it going They've always been on-time, friendly, respectful and very clear on what needs to be done and how much it will cost [redacted] Kwas here today after my Disconnect Box fried (and fortunately didn't start a fire!) He had all the parts, was clear on the minimum that needed to be done vsthe recommendations of what should be done He took the time to answer my questions and was super helpful This is a quality company and I'm happy to do business with them
