[redacted] just left. He was very efficient checking regular maintenance items. Also further checked the ducts and position of dampers which are located under the house.. Very polite, explained everything that he was doing, and very clean. I have always been satisfied with Champions crews.

[redacted] came to the house ontime for the semi annual check of the heating and aircondioning system. he was well groomed, polite and very professional. Did a through inspection and pointed out a needed repair. Good job!

After the job was complete they left the work area clean and all the packaging materials were removed. [redacted] let me know what I will be expecting to happen in the next couple of weeks with regards to the required inspections. I would recommend Service Champions to anyone looking to replace their Furnace and AC unit.

Time will tell if something he did causes it to stop working, but my sense is that he's trustworthy and everything will be fine. I assume they're out for good reviews rather than trying to take advantage of customers. All-in-all it felt like good service for a good deal compared to other prices I was seeing.

I had some service work on my AC unit done 3-4 months ago, by Service Champions of Sacramento, CA and was very pleased with their work.

Today, that nice service continued with [redacted] of Service Champions, who came out, not on time, mind you, but 5 minutes early. That in itself, is a great start.

He explained what his "mission was", and did a series of tests on our HVAC system using some very high-tech equipment that I'd never seen used before in any of our 8 previously owned homes, and he sat down with me over our kitchen table and explained it all in a most professional manner. I was impressed that Service Champions had such function dedicated equipment, and impressed that [redacted] was so polite and knowledgable in explaining the results of the tests. In Sacramento, particularly in August, you have to have a great AC system...and the results of today's tests that were presented in such a way that "I could readily understand them" by [redacted], and our 15 year old system was still operating very well.

It truly was a "day brightener" for me because of [redacted] and Service Champions.

Service Champions Pleasanton Center has done our heating and air conditioning installation and service for many years. They have always been very timely and professional in everything from initial installation to yearly maintenance to trouble shooting and repair if anything went wrong. Recently we had a refrigerant valve failure and the service technician, [redacted], was absolutely outstanding. This was a complex job requiring many hours at our house and the way he handled it was the best service we have ever had.

Very pleased with the repair service. It was a warranty item and the service was excellent. An extra effort was made when I called in at midday to provide service that evening. The service visit confirmation came while I was on a call, which did not stop the process. The service itself was handled professionally and I was kept adequately informed. [redacted] handled the problem quickly with good follow-up.
