Service Champions

I have been serviced by [redacted] early this week for the annual A/C check-up. [redacted] is both personable and knowledgeable He did an excellent job on the tune-up and check-out. Part of your motto is "...and good deeds for free.
I asked [redacted] some questions about the company, that one of my wife's and my friend from a family we are close to. [redacted] is looking for a job. And I was asking [redacted] about the company, hiring and advancement opportunities, etc. [redacted] not only answered the questions extensively, he went the extra mile--the good deed for free--in offering to talk with [redacted] and answer any questions he might have. [redacted] gave me his phone number to pass on to [redacted]. Which I have done. When was the last time you have heard of someone going out of his way to assist a customer? In my case, not in a very long time.
I give [redacted] a 5 star--excellent rating--and look forward to seeing him again on a service call. You Service Champion people are really a professional , yet personable , type of person. I don't think anyone can ask or expect more. I highly recommend Service Champions and [redacted].

So pleased with tune up service today completed by [redacted]. He was prompt, professional and very honest of the condition of my air conditioning and heating units. He took the time to explain what would most likely be needed in the near future and items to look out for that might indicate an issue.

[redacted] came to my home today for an annual inspection of my heating and a/c system. His work was thorough and he communicated clearly. He also brought a couple of notable things to my attention that had not been mentioned previously. All of the Service Champion service folks have been good. [redacted] was very good !

I love the way this company is so friendly on the phone and makes multiple calls to keep you informed about appointments. [redacted] arrived on time as promised, did the work and kept me informed through the whole process, and even showed me in detail what work he was doing periodically during the process. Polite and courteous!

Service Champions replaced my A/C Heater unit several years ago. Their service is excellent and staff are friendly, helpful, respectful.

My annual inspection was provided by [redacted] He showed up on time, he was a pleasure to speak with, and he inspected the unit which resides on the roof in an efficient and safe manner.

My Service Pro technician, [redacted], was excellent. He gave a full explanation of current condition as well as potential problems that could occur in a relatively short time frame.

A great ambassador for Service Pro. Very personable. And a technician who provided a complete description of our system upon completion of his review. No jargon. No pressure to buy. What a relief.

[redacted] is very knowledgeable and super friendly, and most importantly, he explained everything very well and yet not pushy, and pointed out something I never knew.

The Service Champions representative arrived very early within the window time frame. Once here, he asked a few questions about my system and explained what he was going to do. He was very personable and proceeded to check the system, both heating and air conditioning. Afterwards, he went over all the things he'd accomplished and his findings. He suggested that I install a "Hard Start Kit" during the Spring inspection prior to summer use of the air conditioning. I appreciated that it was not a "hard sell" to do the work immediately considering the system is only one year old. I definitely want him to come back. I was impressed with his work and professionalism displayed while conducting the inspection.

We had [redacted] come over to the house and do the annual service check and he went above and beyond. He actually got up in the attic and put in work and when he came down he was still smiling and in a great mood. [redacted] was very easy to talk to and answered all questions thoroughly. You can tell he has a good head on his shoulders, a great work ethic and an awesome attitude. Keep up the good work buddy !

Service was excellent. Thomas provide clear information on issues and recommendations on correcting. he contacted the City for us to determine how much grant and if we qualify. He provided contact for further details to get items corrected.

[redacted] was in our home last week for a minor problem with our heating and cooling system. He was thorough and efficient and fixed the problem quickly. In addition he offered and did clean our filters which was a big help to us. We are elderly and getting up on a ladder is challenging. We give [redacted] a "10."

[redacted] M. from Service Champions came out to assess an A/C system that was not blowing cold air. He was very professional, taking pictures of the damaged elements and even escorting us up to roof for a tour of the system. [redacted] is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had service with champs since I moved here. It's almost over 15 years. I always have been impressed with their great service. Today the Comfort Advisor [redacted] was very friendly and helpful. He got here on time and explained everything that I requested for. He also helped me to call PACE for my payments with 5-10-15 years choice. I trust their products quality and excellent service. I can't wait to install the new heating and air condition.
