I called Discover Card today 8/29/14 and they said that Service Champion has not responded to their dispute inquiry. The credit I received from Discover Card is only temporary as it is still under investigations. Until Discover hears from Service Champion, Discover can not finalize the credit.

I am having problems login into the business Revdex.com website. Could I provide you additional notes toward this claim through e-mail? After speaking with our accounting department, I have been assured Service Champions has accommodate our client's credit card processor with all information needed to process a refund. The only current reason for the delay in our client receiving her refund is due to a charge back claim that she opened just the day before we issued her refund. This has cause her refund to be put on hold on the side of her credit card company. Service Champions does not have further control on the refund being granted by our client's credit card company. We have also tried to offer the client additional services for free to go above and beyond in proving we want to do all possible to ensure her happiness. Please let me know if there is anything I can do further to resolve this claim.

[redacted] performed the annual service on our HVAC system at our house today. He was most professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained his findings very clearly in terms I could understand. He also went out of his way fix our filter door latch, which has not really operated properly for some time. All in all he is a wonderful representative for your company.

In August, 2015 we had Service Champions come to our home to evaluate our HVAC. They were very professional and, at their recommendation we had the duct work in our home re-done as it was close to 40 years old. All of the team that worked with us were very friendly and courteous. They were dressed professionally and made sure that they cleaned up after they were done and left our home in the same condition it was before they walked through the door.
On July 27, 2016, our A/C stopped working and it was 100+ outside. The next morning, my husband called Service Champions and they were able to schedule us that day and [redacted] discovered that they capacitor at the compressor was bad. He replaced the capacitor and all is working fine. He, too, was very professional and courteous.
We will and have recommended Service Champions to others and will call them again if their help is needed.

He answered my questions while he was diagnosing the problem. After he inspected the furnace and AC, he reviewed the findings with me. He was very helpful and we were able to determine the next step in getting my furnace working again.

While it was different from what I expected, I agreed and he then made a detailed inspection of my attic. When he finished, he gave me a detailed rundown of his findings showing that the attic is basically in pretty good shape. [redacted] cleared all the access to the attic port and when finished put everything back. I was very pleased by his approach to the checkup and by his detailed report to me at the end. He made sure that everything was clean and in its original state. A service person with his capabilities and ability to deal well and pleasantly with a customer, is to be commended.
