He was on time, completed a detailed job on both units, and gave me a good description of the work done. He was very professional and careful of my house surfaces. Both technicians came on time, were very friendly, clean, and informative. They took some effort to get me the best deal on upgrades to my heater and AC unit, and performed the work immediately, and quietly

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise shown by Mr. [redacted] when he came to my home for Service Champions. Mr. [redacted] was very respectful of myself, my husband, and my home. He did a thorough inspection of my heating and air conditioning units, and he explained what he was doing all along the way. He was very patient with our questions, and I felt very confident in his answers; he was very knowledgeable about the products. Mr. [redacted] was a great listener; hearing what we wanted out of our new system, and what our personal needs were. Mr. [redacted] did his job with pride, as though he were the owner of SC, himself. He is an exemplary employee, and should be recognized for his professionalism, courtesy, and kindness!

[redacted] arrived on time and proceeded with our A/C and furnace checkup with a minimum of interruption to my wife and I. At each step he explained what he was going to do and his findings. [redacted] is a true professional.

[redacted] came to my house today to do the tune up of air conditioner and furnace. He was very patient and explained things very well. He showed me different issues and how to handle them. I am really happy with the work that he did.

Another phenomenal service call with Service Champions. [redacted] came out to service the air conditioner and also helped me diagnose a ceiling fan problem at no charge! These folks always get it right!!
