[redacted] was our service technicianHe was very professional, personable and knowledgeable At each step, [redacted] informed us of exactly what he was doing and why it was being doneWe learned a lot about our system and what is and what is notSome areas were not easily seen by us, such as ducting under the house, so pictures were taken by [redacted] The pictures were very revealing, allowing us to see for ourselves what issues need attention [redacted] explained exactly what we were seeing and what changes were possibly neededThere's nothing like seeing potentially serious issues up close and in color, especially if one has never crawled around the tight spaces under a house We had no idea it was that bad and/or in serious need of replacing or repairing [redacted] used the pictures and his extensive knowledge to show us why it was important to not wait too long to have our ducting evaluated We also appreciated that [redacted] covered his shoes each time he came into the house and used a mat in front of the crawl space to keep everything cleanHis attention to even the smallest of details was not lost on us We will be using Service Champions again

[redacted] came to my house and serviced my heater and inspected the water heaterHe was very competent, courteous and explained what was needed in a way that was understandable to meI highly recommend him

[redacted] came to perform a regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit todayHe was professional and personableHe informed me what maintenance he would be doing, explained his findings clearly and even informed me that as part of my service agreement with them that I am entitled to have them come out every 2-months to clean my furnace filters to ensure the unit works optimallyI wasn't aware that this service was part of my master agreementI'll be sure to have them come out my filters quarterly though since I certainly don't want to do it!

Great service and very knowledgable

[redacted] was prompt, courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem with our blower fan He expedited our parts order and offered to come as late as possible to get our repair completed Great service from Service Champions!

[redacted] Service Technician performed the bi-annual HVAC tune up in accordance with the maintenance agreement we purchased when the unit was installed years ago He identified a loose wire and reattached it and the evaporative coil was dirty and suggested it be cleaned He had the required cleaning product on his service truck and was able to perform the service the same day, which was appreciated by us As they say....at Service Champions....it is a great day!
