The technician, [redacted] , was prompt and efficientI appreciated a phone call minutes to the arrival time so that I could prepare the area prior to his review of the heaterAfter performing the inspection of our unit he gave tips and recommendations on cost saving measures as well as how to prolong the use of our heaterI will definitely use Service Champions in the future for all my heating and AC needs

[redacted] was very thoughtful in our homeHe was extremely tjhoroug during the inspection, explaining every detail he was covering and documentingHe was unable to complete a portion of the home due to storage, but will do so in a couple of months when we will have back to complete the entire processHe is a true asset to his companyWe give him a A+ for his work

We have been doing business with Service Champions for over years now and have always had excellent service with their company We are part of their annual maintenance service plan, so someone comes out from the company once a year and performs a tuneup on our furnace and air conditioner [redacted] has been out at least twice, and he is always polite, thorough and a pleasure to work with

Service Champions replaced a furnace/AC system in our previous home approximately years ago That entire experience from beginning to end proved very positive for us We recently moved to another home and realized we needed a new system here We did not hesitate to call Service Champions knowing they would provide prompt, reliable, service The technicians and installation crew were friendly and efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner There was no clefor me to do once the job was complete

Service rep JCG was articulate, thorough and polite There was some condensation but he remedied the situation and will be back at the end of the year to follow up
