We were having an intermittent problem with our furnace not workingLast year we called another company to repair the problem They could not find anything wrong, charged me a service call and leftThis year the problem surfaced againWe called Service Champions [redacted] showed up on time (early actually) He was very friendly and professionalHe cleaned and serviced our furnace, found a faulty part, replaced it and changed our filter for usHe explained exactly the work that he was doing throughout the processI am very pleased with the service received by [redacted] and Service Champions
