Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: Barclay Bank has continually made up billing statements that are not right for my Barclay MasterCard accountBarclay Bank has refused to correct my billing statementsWhatever the credit line limit is, only about $is due each month for the minimum paymentMade up fees and added on charges were put on the billing statements to make the minimum payment due higherTo pay the higher minimum payment due will be paying for made up fees and charges that should not be on the account--hardly nothing will go toward paying off the balanceI offered to pay $a month on the account, and when I paid the $25.00, it was made a late fee and not a paymentAll someone did was steal my paymentsUntil my billing statement is corrected, I will no longer make the $a month payment on the account for people at Barclay to steal my payments, with nothing being applied to pay off the balanceTranslate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Other (requires explanation) select Desired Outcome: I would like Barclay Bank to correct my billing statement to reflect what is actually owed on my Blaze MasterCard accountUntil Barclay Bank correct my billing statement, I will no longer pay the $a month until something is made right

They trashed my otherwise stellar FICO score (from to 699) because I was not aware that there was a small ($out of 12,credit line) unpaid balance on the card that I thought had being paid in full and was not in use of their credit card anymore (because Barclays voluntary changed Travelocity points program to a junk miles one)My e-mail did not work that time for technical reason and IT could not figure out what was wrong with itBarklays Bank silently collected late fees and interest on the balance for months and only after that send me a paper letter about delinquency and subsequent closure of my accountIndeed, they notified credit bureau agencies about a "serious" delinquencyThe customer service rep was rude and helplessI have opened revolving accounts and was never late on any of them for more than yearsCouple of times when I was several days late I was always notified by Citi, Chase or BofA customer services about a possible late paymentMy fellow Americans - please stay away from these scammers!
