After going through e mail copies that I had made for myself, I did indeed find the fine print that presented the process of payment. I feel that the "trial period" is misrepresented - as there was no way that I had the product being used for days prior to the payment being deducted from my account. HOWEVER, I am using this as a lesson learned to apply more diligence with such matters and will not pursue any request for refund of this purchase, etc

No refund will be given for any
unused Product returned more than fourteen (14) days after the Company’s
shipment thereof to you or returned in an unacceptable condition (i.e.,
unsuitable for resale), unless it was damaged by the Company prior to or during
shipment to you. You have a duty to
inspect all Product deliveries upon receipt and timely return any non conforming
Products to the Company as set forth above.
All unused Products that are timely returned in an acceptable condition
may be eligible for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of twenty dollars

it to you in order to settle and resolve all claims and concerns that you may

complete and return our standard form Refund Acceptance and Release which is
attached. Upon receipt, we will forward
the refund to you.
