This letter is in reply to your response received on 1/4/2016.Dealing with your company has proved to be a customer's nightmare.It is obvious from your response that you do not know why I cancelled the "enrolment" to your products.After trying the products for days, the allergic skin reactions were becoming worse I called on the 11th day of my trial to inform your company, expecting (as your receipt and advertisement state) "a full refund, no questions asked" but instead had to deal with an absolute fiasco of lies The agony of dealing with your customer service has proved to me (and my suspicion is to many others as well) why company's like your's cannot be trusted and why customers should be very wary in making on-line purchases of your products Your company insisted I return the used products in order to get only a partial refund, which cost me even more time, money, and aggravation It took days out of my life (and the involvement of my credit card company) to finally receive confirmation of my cancellation, as your company failed to do so upon my initial and second request Needless to say, these "free" trial products (you really should not lie in putting "$0.00" next to the products on the receipt unless they truly are free, as this is extremely misleading, if not downright deceiving advertising) cost me a lot more than the small refund you offer in your "Release" letter I will not be releasing your company of the responsibility of the deception you have created, eroding the good faith of online consumers such as myself I do expect that you will take responsibility, make some changes, and refund me the true value of my costs and not waste any more of my time

and Conditions on our website, including specifically our liberal refund
policy. 
The Refund Policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions
states, in part:
No refund will be given for any
unused Product returned more than fourteen (14) days after the Company’s
shipment thereof to you or returned in an unacceptable condition (i.e.,
unsuitable for resale), unless it was damaged by the Company prior to or during
shipment to you.  You have a duty to
inspect all Product deliveries upon receipt and timely return any non conforming
Products to the Company as set forth above. 
All unused Products that are timely returned in an acceptable condition
may be eligible for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of twenty dollars
($20) or twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price, whichever is greater
(“Restocking Fee”).  If the Product was
damaged by the Company prior to or during shipment, a Restocking Fee may not
apply.  The refund amount will be equal
to the purchase price for the accepted, returned Product minus the Restocking
Fee.
We have cancelled your subscription and you will no longer
receive additional shipments of Equinox DaynNight Serum and Revital Anti-Aging
Cream.  As set forth above, you are free
to keep the Equinox DaynNight Serum and Revital Anti-Aging Cream that you already
have in your possession.  We are also
authorized to provide you with a refund in the amount of $384.00.  This amount exceeds the refund amount
outlined in our Terms and Conditions, but we are happy to offer it to you in
order to settle and resolve all claims and concerns that you may have. 
 Before we can process your refund, we will need you to
complete and return our standard form Refund Acceptance and Release which is
attached.  Upon receipt, we will forward
the refund to you.

hope you will consider using our products again in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:Product has been returned.  Advertising is misleading there is no mention in any of the literature there will be additional charges forthcoming as I have reviewed the literature. Advertising does not provide full disclosure.  There is no mention the cost was an introductory price with an additional fee to be charged if the product was not returned.  The product has been returned. I do not agree with your contention I should be charged a restocking fee.  I paid the cost of the return shipping.  I want the remaining cost refunded.I am requesting the remaining $20 for each product be refunded to me which equals a total of $40 be refunded to me.
