unsuitable for resale), unless it was damaged by the Company prior to or during
shipment to you.  You have a duty to
inspect all Product deliveries upon receipt and timely return any non conforming
Products to the Company as set forth above. 
All unused Products that are timely returned in an acceptable condition
may be eligible for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of twenty dollars
($20) or twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price, whichever is greater
(“Restocking Fee”).  If the Product was
damaged by the Company prior to or during shipment, a Restocking Fee may not

to the purchase price for the accepted, returned Product minus the Restocking

I am the attorney for Sheridan Labs.  There must be some confusion here.  Sheridan Labs has been out of business since 2015 and has not sold any product since that time.  This appears to be an issue with a different company. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: They do not mention the refund of...

$7.90, which they charged my account.....$2.95 plus $4.95 for s&h for products I DID NOT order. I had agreed to the $2.95 for an EYE product, which I NEVER rec'd. I am very happy that they have cancelled the membership I NEVER agreed to. These products may very well be good; however, their business practices are very unethical and fraudulent.Sincerely,*.
