I ordered a pair of boots from a seller called Apparel Save. They sent me boots 3 sizes too big and not even the same style. They are completely different in every way. I never would have purchased them had they posted photos of the actual item. I requested a refund and they promised they would refund the money once they received the item back, which I returned promptly using a Fedex label they provided. Now they are not responding to my emails and I am starting to believe that I was scammed. I will never do business with this company and just want to warn others about my experience.

Review: I ordered shoes, in a regular width, and they arrive in a wide width. I paid my own money to return the shoes, and have fought with ShoeMetro regarding my refund for weeks. They send e-mails and promise a refund over and over, never deliver, then finally when they respond to my Pal Pay dispute they offered me a PARTIAL refund (which I refused, because I'm going to let Pay Pal deal with them).

You will notice in the other complaints that they have many "simple misunderstandings" which they attempt to explain away. I wonder how many times this happens to people that it can be defined as a "simple misunderstanding?" I can't believe Pay Pal or anyone else deals with them, and have let them know I am unhappy they deal with an organization so hard up for money that they don't even issue refunds for merchandise returned.Desired Settlement: Full refund should be issued, although I know Pay Pal will have to force this business to provide.

We have tried to issue a refund for $66.38 for her return. This amount is

calculated at the price that Ms [redacted] purchased her shoe after she used a

coupon that granted a 20% discount on her order.

The

refund could not be issued successfully. This is most likely due to the

transaction being held by PayPal regarding a dispute opened on the order. We have then contacted our PayPal account

agent to issue this amount.

[redacted]’s order has since be fully refunded (including original shipping

charges) on PayPal transaction [redacted]. We certainly apologize for

any inconvenience caused to Ms. [redacted]. We hope that Revdex.com will recognize that we

Review: Hi, I have customer problem, I bought shoes via internet from City of San Diego, the shoes goes to the pieces and seller wrote me in email that there is no warranty for this shoes. Am I have any rights? this is odd.

Review: I shipped my item back via traceable delivery. The item was delivered on 5/17 and this was acknowledged in an email from the company. I waited the 7 business days for my refund, which never came. I contacted the company and they proceeded to tell me they never received my package. I gave them the tracking number and they said it must have been lost by the shipper. I gave them the email confirmation they provided on 5/17 and my item was magically found. I was told it would take an additional 7 days to process a refund. I have waited the additional 7 days and I still do not have my money back. I was ripped off. This company is NOT HONEST!Desired Settlement: I never received a refund from the company. I am working with the online vendor to see if they will refund my purchase.

[ShoeMetro is being untruthful. I have emails from their company saying they received my package as of 05/17/13 and would have my purchase refunded within 7 business days. UPS also confirmed when the package was received. ShoeMetro did not process my refund according to their own timeframe. I did everything according to their directions and allowed for the processing timeframe. Then when I advised the company of my missing refund they acted as if my return package was never received and wanted documentation of my return. This made me suspicious as I was already told my item had been received. I filed a claim to ensure my funds were returned (which [redacted] was kind enough to do) and because this company is being dishonest and consumers should be cautious of them. ]

Review: I went to their website to purchase a pair of men's sandals. I clicked on the tab for mens, and then sandals. I ordered a pair of sandals (Order No. [redacted]), and when they arrived, they were women's sandals. No where not the website did it indicate that I was purchasing women's sandals, and it appears that the business is listing women's sandals for sale as men's sandals. I contacted customer care and they have refused to accept a full return (cost of the sandals, plus shipping, plus return shipping).Desired Settlement: My order total was $31.18. I will have to pay something to send the sandals back. I want a full refund of the order total and the return shipping charges.

The business should also make clear on the website that they are selling women's products as men's, or otherwise stop that practice.

receipt.

Review: I bought size 10 boots on EBay from Apparel Save for $29.99 with free shipping. The next day, they cancelled my order, sent me a personal email message stating they sold out of the particular size and model or boots I ordered. They refunded my order and offered me a 20% off discount, if I called them, no discount code, on my next order.

I immediately decided to search eBay for boots and the EXACT same boots I ordered from Apparel Save, same size, color and model were now being sold for $52.99. This is unethical and a illegal.Desired Settlement: I would either like to purchase the boots I originally bought for the price I first bought them for OR for this company to have a formal complaint logged against them with the Revdex.com.

have researched and verified the style Ms. [redacted] originally purchased (Khombu

Birch Low 2 Womens Size 10 Gray Winter Boots) is no longer available on eBay.

The first picture is a photo of the EXACT same boots I purchased, the day my order was cancelled. The price was increased by Apparelsave and they claim to have 2 of them in stock.

The second photo was the email Apparelsave sent me saying the order was cancelled. Notice they did not do it through the EBay server because it would be against the practice and rules of EBay. This is why I became was very leery or the sale.

Review: I ordered a pair of US Men Size 9 bicycle shoes on 22 Jan 2016. However, when I received them on around 26 Jan, I noticed the shoes are a European size 40.5 which equates to a US Men size 7.5. I contacted Apparel Save via email on 26, 27, and 28 Jan. I received and responded to a reply from Apparel Save on 28 Jan 16. I even included a picture showing that the shoe size I received (European 40.5) does not match the size on the receipt (US Men size 9). I have not received another reply since 28 Jan, and I re-sent the requested information on 1, 2, and 3 Feb 16. I still have not received a response from Apparel Save. I believe that this transaction constitutes a breach of contract because my receipt states that I ordered a US Men size 9, I received the incorrect size, and Apparel Save will not respond to my requests to correct the problem.Desired Settlement: My desire is for Apparel Save to ship me the correct size shoes ( US Men size 9 or European 42 equivalent) AND to reimburse me the return shipping cost I will incur for returning the incorrect sized shoes to Apparel Save.
